ԱՄՆ հետաքննության դաշնային բյուրոն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեին կտրամադրի քրեագիտական տեխնիկա

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն ապրիլի 27-ին ընդունել է տարածաշրջանում ԱՄՆ հետաքննության դաշնային բյուրոյի կցորդ Քեթլին Քենինգի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Արթուր Ղամբարյանը, ԱՄՆ ՀԴԲ-ի կցորդի օգնական, Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ տիկին Մառլեն Բենսոնը։
Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահի՝ ԱՄՆ կատարած այցի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման, առանձին քրեական գործերով մասնագիտական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու և այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ։ ԱՄՆ Հետաքննության դաշնային բյուրոյի կցորդ, Քեթլին Քենինգը հավաստել է իրենց պատրաստակամությունը՝ աջակցելու նաև ապրիլի 25-ին Երևանում ուղևորատար ավտոբուսում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով տարբեր մասնագիտական հարցերի պարզաբանման հարցում։ Միաժամանակ տեղեկացրել է, որ, ի կատարումն ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության. ՀՀ ՔԿ-ին կտրամադրվի քրեագիտական տեխնիկա, ինչն էապես կնպաստի քրեական գործերով իրականացվող անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունավետ իրականացմանը։ Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել՝ փոխգործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերը քննարկել աշխա տանքային կարգով։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱՄՆ Հետաքննության դաշնային բյուրոյի կցորդ Ք.Քենինգը տեղեկացրել է, որ Բյուրոյի ներկայացուցիչ Մառլեն Բենսոնի առաքելությունն ավարտվում է տարածաշրջանում։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Բենսոնի՝ Քննչական կոմիտեի և ԱՄՆ հետաքննությունների Դաշնային բյուրոյի միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության ձևավորման գործում ունեցած ներդրումը և նրան բարի ծառայություն մաղթել նոր աշխատանքում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի ՀԴԲ-ի Ակադեմիայում։ Իր հերթին Մ.Բենսոնը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ վերաբերմունքի և արդյունավետ համագործակցության համարÕ համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ այն կշարունակվի այսուհետ ևս»։
