Արցախի կառավարությունը ներկայացրել է մինչև ապրիլի 26-ն ստացված նյութական աջակցության մուտքի և ելքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասն հաշվետվությունները։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ նշելով. «Սույն թվականի ապրիլի 4-ից ի վեր ԼՂՀ կառավարությու նում ձևավորված օպերատիվ շտաբի միջոցով նյութական աջակցություն է հավաքագրվում հիմնականում ռազմական գործողություններից տուժած քաղաքացիներին և Պաշտպանության բանակին աջակցելու համար: Ապրիլի 26-ի տվյալներով՝ աջակցության նպատակով մեծ ծավալի տարբեր ապրանքատեսակներ են ներկրվել Արցախ, որոնց միայն մի մասն է օպերատիվ շտաբի միջոցով փոխանցվել հասցեատերերին:

Շտաբի կողմից պահեստավորված ապրանքները դասակարգվել են ըստ խմբերի և տրամադրվել Պաշտպանության բանակին, սահմանամերձ համայնքներից տեղահանված բնակչությանը, հիվանդանոցներին ու ռազմական հոսպիտալներին և սահման մեկնած կամավորների ընտանիքներին: 

Շտաբի պահեստներից արդեն դուրս է եկել ստացած աջակցության հիմնական մասը, մասնավորապես՝ 2,894 տուփ, 8,389 արկղ և 138,1 տոննա սնունդ, ավելի քան 151,583 շիշ ըմպելիք, մոտ 103,680 տուփ և 177 արկղ ծխախոտ, 4,960 անկողնային պարագաներ և այլն:
