Հայաստանի կողմից Ռուսաստանից սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերման պայմանավորվածությունները առկա են, հիմա աշխատանք է տարվում պայմանագրերի ստորագրման ուղղությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

«Նախնական պայմանագրերը համաձայնեցված են, բայց հիմա, ելնելով այն բանից, որ վարկի տրամադրման վերջնական որոշումը (իրենց տեխնիկական պայմանագրերով ու համապատասխան բնութագրերով) նոր է ընդունվել, հիմա դրանք ճշտվում են, որպեսզի աշխատանքներն ավելի արագ ընթացք ստանան: Այդ աշխատանքների մի մասը, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, արդեն կատարվում էր»,- նշել է Հայաստանի պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը:

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Ռուսաստանը փորձել է կազմակերպել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարների հանդիպում` Օհանյանը նշել է, որ խոսակցություն չի եղել:

«Ես իրենց էլ ասել եմ, որ չկրակելու, չխախտելու մասին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը շատ կարճ ժամանակ է պահպանվել, մանավանդ վերջին երեք օրերին: 23-ի լույս 24-ի գիշերվանից սկսած մինչև հիմա խախտվում է (հրադադարի պայմանավորվածությունը), մանավանդ գիշերային ժամանակահատվածում, մանավանդ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հյուսիսային հատվածում՝ օգտագործելով բոլոր տիպերի հրետանային համակարգերն ու միջոցները: Այդ պարագայում ոչինչ չի մնում, քան այն, որ Պաշտպանության բանակի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումները կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնեն նրանց սաստել ու ուղղությամբ»,- շեշտել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարը:

Սեյրան Օհանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած կոնֆերանսի միջանցքում իրեն մոտեցել են ադրբեջանցի լրագրողներ և հարցրել, թե ինչու Հայաստանը միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկում խաղաղ բանակցությունների անցկացման ուղղությամբ, ինչին ի պատասխան նախարարը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը միշտ էլ կողմնակից է եղել բանկցություններում հաջողություններ ունենալուն, վստահության մթնոլորտի համապատասխան մեխանիզմների ձևավորման, այդ ամեն ինչից հրաժարվել է Ադրբեջանը: «Այս իրականության մեջ անհնար է խոսել բանակցային գործընթացի մասին, մինչև կողմերը չդադարեցնեն բոլ որ խախտումները, ընդ որում՝ հենց ադրբեջանական կողմը, որը կոպիտ խախտումներ է անում»,- ընդգծել է պաշտպանության նախարարը։

Խոսելով հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների մասին` Օհանյանը շեշտել է, որ չկա որևէ փաստ, որը կմատնանշեր, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները, որպես ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ, ինչ-որ ձևով խախտված են ու չեն կատարվում: «Մանավանդ՝ ռազմական-պաշտպանական ոլորտում հարաբերությունները մնում են նույնը, դրանք նույնն են նույնիսկ մարդկային առումով: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ բոլոր խոսակցությունները, ասեկոսեները, ոչ խորը վերլուծության և իրադրության ոչ խորը գնահատականի արդյունք են»,- ամփոփել է Սեյրան Օհանյանը:
