Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողից մի հատված.

««Ինչո՞ւ, այնուամենայնիվ, դա պատահեց»,– ապրիլի 22-ին՝ քառօրյա պատերազմից օրեր անց, նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այս հարցն ուղղեց Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովին։ Լավրովը չպատասխանեց այդ հարցին, որովհետև դա այն հարցերից Էր, որոնց չեն պատասխանում։ Կամ, եթե անգամ պատասխանում են, ապա պատասխանները չեն հրապարակվում։ Դա այն հարցերից Էր, որոնք իրենք՝ պատասխան են պարունակում և հնչեցվում են միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ այլևս չհնչեցնել հնարավոր չէ։ Այդ հարցին ռուսական կողմը պատասխանեց և պատասխանում է ոչ թե՜ Լավրովի շուրթերով, այլ՝ իր գործողություններով։ Այդ հարցի պատասխանները շատ հեռուն են գնում՝ հասնելով մինչև ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական սահմանագիծ։ Այդ հարցը պատասխան է ստանում Ադրբեջանի յուրաքանչյուր դիվերսիայով, հարձակողական գործողությամբ, երբ դա հետևում է հայկական կողմի որևէ հայտարարության կամ դիրքորոշման արտահայտման։ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարում է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները Ղարաբաղում անելիք չունեն, հաջորդող իսկ գիշերն Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղյան սահմանին ու բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ կիրառում է գրեթե ողջ արսենալը։ Ադրբեջանական տանկերն այսպիսով կրակում են ոչ միայն՝ ռուսական արտադրության արկերը, այլև՝ ռուսական քաղաքականության պատասխանը՝ Հայաստանին։ Այսպիսով, պատերազմը դառնում է նաև քաղաքական ուղերձներ ու պատասխաններ փոխանցելու թատերաբեմ, որը զուգահեռաբար նաև ֆինանսատնտեսական արդյունքներ է ապահովում Ռուսաստանին,
քանի որ կրակվում են ռուսական արկերն ու փամփուշտները՝ ապահովելով նորանոր պատվերներ։

Ու մինչ Ադրբեջանը կրակում է սահմանին ու ռմբակոծում է Ղարաբաղի բնակավայրերը, Ռուսաստանը՝ ԵԱՀԿ-ում սեփական ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշևիչի շուրթերով, հայտարարում է. «Ռուսաստանը հնարավոր է համարում Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև ռազմական շփումների շարունակությունը»։ Դա ասում է Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցիչը՝ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ զբաղվելու միակ միջազգային մանդատն ունեցող կառույցում։ Ադրբեջանի վերջին օրերի հարձակումներն ու ռուսական դիվանագետների այս և նմանօրինակ հայտարարությունները, այսպիսով, մի նպատակ ունեն՝ ցույց տալ, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները Ղարաբաղում անելիք ունեն։ Խաղաղապահների տեղակայման անհրաժեշտության ամենացայտուն ապացույցը պատերազմն է, որի այլընտրանքը ոմանց, օրինակ՝ հայկական կողմի համար խաղաղությունն է, իսկ ոմանց համար՝ խաղաղապահները։ Դա պետք է լիներ Լավրովի պատասխանն «Ինչո՞ւ, այնուամենայնիվ, դա պատահեց» հարցին, որը Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարը, դիվանագիտորեն ու քաղաքագիտորեն, չհնչեցրեց։ Այդ հարցը ստիպել է Հայաստանին վերանայել տարիներ շարունակ կուրորեն իրականացվող ռուսահպատակ քաղաքականությունը, թեև Հայաստանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներից ոչ բոլորն են դա առայժմ գիտակցում։ Կամ ոչ բոլորին է թույլատրված գիտակցել։ Ու քանի դեռ այդ քաղաքականությունը չի վերանայվել ամբողջությամբ ու վերջնականապես, ամեն օր կամ ամեն շաբաթ այդ հարցի պատասխանները հնչելու են ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական սահմանի որևէ հատվածում կամ որևէ բնակավայրի ուղղությամբ։ Հնչելու են՝ ռուսական արտադրության որևէ ծանր սպառազինության փողից»,–գրում է թերթը։
