ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի՝ Սիրիայի խնդրով հատուկ դեսպանորդ Ստաֆան Դե Միստուրան հորդորել է Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին եւ Բարաք Օբամային՝ փրկել «հազիվ կենդանի» հրադադարի ռեժիմը եւ աշխուժացնել Սիրիայի շուրջ խաղաղ բանակցությունների գործընթացը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ապրիլի 28-ին հայտնել է Reuters-ը: Դե Միստուրան ամփոփել է սիրիական խնդրի շուրջ բանակցությու նների հերթական փուլի արդյունքները:

«Հիմքեր չկան ենթադրելու, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը (Պուտինը եւ Օբաման)՝ այդքան շատ քաղաքական կապիտալ ծախսելով հանուն այդ հաջողության եւ ընդհանուր շահ ունենալով այն բանում, որ վերջ դրվի Սիրիայում շարունակվող պատերազմին, ի վիճակի չէ ամրապնդել այն, ինչը նրանք ստեղծել են»,- ասել է հատուկ պատվիրակը:

Ինչպես հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին, Դե Միստուրան նաեւ ամփոփիչ փաստաթուղթ է հրապարակել բանակցությունների հերթական փուլի վերաբերյալ որում ամրագրված են Սիրիայում անցումային կառավարության ստեղծման հարցերի շուրջ խաղաղ գործընթացի բոլոր մասնակիցների ընդհանուր սկզբունքները: Տեքստում, մասնավորապես, նշվում է, որ բանակցությունների կողմերը համաձայն են անցումային կառավարության մեջ ընդգրկել Սիրիայի գործող նախարարների կաբինետի անդամներին եւ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչներին: Ընդսմին Սիրիայի անցումային կառավարությունը պատասխանատու է լինելու ե րկրի անկախության, միասնության եւ տարածքային ամբողջականության պահպանման համար:

Բացի այդ, բանակցությունների մասնակիցները համաձայնել են, որ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարելու վերաբերյալ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի բանաձեւերը գործելու են անցումային ողջ շրջանի ընթացքում, իսկ Սիրիայի նոր սահմանադրությունը պետք է ընդունվի հանրաքվեում, ինչից հետո երկրում պետք է անցկացվեն ազատ ու արդար ընտրություններ:

Ինչպես հայտնել է դե Միստուրան, միջսիրիական բանակցությունների նոր փուլը կկայանա միայն հրադադարի ռեժիմի լիարժեք վերականգնումից հետո:
