Վերջին շրջանում շատերը ուզում են տեղեկատվական պատերազմի մարտիկ դառնան ու բազմաթիվ հարցեր են տալիս: Առավել հարգանքի են արժանի այն գիտակից մարդիկ, որոնք հարցնում են "ինչ չանեմ, որ վնաս չպատճառեմ": Բառի ուժը ու սեփական պատասխանատվության գիտակցումը շատ կարևոր է նման իրավիճակներում:
Վատն այն է, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք բացահայտ թշնամանքով են վերաբերվում այն հին ցանցաբնակներին, որոնք կրիտիկական իրավիճակներում ոչ միայն փորձում են արագ ու հավաստի տեղեկատվություն տալ իրենց ընթերցողներին, այլ նաև կանխում են ապատեղեկատվությունը, փորձում զերծ պահել մարդկանց խուճապի մատնվելուց կամ հակառակորդի զինակից դառնալուց:
Երևի մտածում են, թե այդ "հայտնի ցանցաբնակները" ինչ որ տեղից են ղեկավարվում կամ էլ առանց դիպլոմի պրոֆեսորի տեղ են իրենց դրել: Չկա նման բան:
Պարզապես այդ մարդիկ շատ ավելի վաղ են հայտնվել տեղեկատվական մարտերում, հենց իրենք էլ սխալներ են արել, տեսել արդյունքը, քննադատվել են, թրծվել, հղկվել ... Նրանց որևէ մեկը մարտիկ չի դարձրել: Հակառակը, երբ պետությունը որոշեց պրոպագանդայի ոլորտում որոշ ծրագրեր, նախագծեր անցկացնել, հենց այդ անհատների օգնությանը դիմեց, օգտվեց նրանց պեղած նյութերից:
Այդ մարդիկ, հավատացեք, հազարավոր գիշերներ են անցկացրել ցանցում` թույլ չտալով, որ հակառակորդի կեղծիքը տարածում ստանա, ազդեցություն ունենա: Նրանք դա արել են ԱՆՎԱՐՁԱՀԱՏՈՒՅՑ և անկախ նրանից, թե ով է եղել իշխանության ղեկին:
Այո, կա բավականին լավ գրականություն, թե ինչ անել տեղեկատվական պատերազմում: Բայց ոչ մի գիրք չի կարող փոխարինել սեփական փորձը, հակառակորդի հետ տարիներով ցանցային բանավեճը, նրա վարքագծի ուսումնասիրությունը: Չի կարող գիրքը կամ խորհուրդը օգուտ տալ, եթե քթանցք չունես ու չես տեսնում, թե քո որ գրածն է հակառակորդի հիացմունքին արժանացել ու լայնորեն տարածվել նրա կողմից, կամ էլ գիտակցումը, որ եթե ես ինձ ավելի ուժեղ ու հաղթող զգացի հակառակորդի մասին այս կամ այն նյութից, ուրեմն նա էլ նույնը կզգա իմ մասին նմանատիպ նյութից:
Ոչ ոք "գուռու" չէ տեղեկատվական ոլորտում: Պետք չէ ջղաձգված փորձեր անել նրանց "գցել պատվանդանից": Իսկ եթե կարծում եք, որ հասարակական կարծիքի ուղորդումը` թշնամու պատրաստած թակարդները շրջանցելու համար "պետպատվեր է", ապա ազատ եք չենթարկվել ու օրիգինալ, "կռուտոյ" թվալու համար գլխով մտնել այդ թակարդը:
