 Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կորյուն Նահապետյանը համաձայն չէ հնչող տեսակետի հետ, թե բաց ցուցակներով քվեարկությունը իրենից ենթադրում է թաքնված մեծամասնական համակարգ: Ազգային ժողովում Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծի քննարկմանը Նահապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ դա միանշանակ համամասնական համակարգ է, որը կիրառվում է տարբեր երկրներում: «Իհարկե, Ընտրական օրենսգրքի նախագծով առաջարկվող տարբերակը հայկական տարբերակն է: Որևէ այլ երկրում գործող համակարգի հետ նմանություն չկա, սակայն սա միանշանակ համամասնական ընտրակարգ է: Եվ, ընդհանրապես, ես չեմ կարծում, որ մեր գործընկերները կասեին, թե սա թաքնված մեծամասնական համակարգ է, եթե ուսումնասիրած լինեին այլ երկրների փորձը և Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի համապատասխան զեկույցները: Շատ երկրներում կիրառվում է բաց ցուցակներով քվեարկությունը, և դա համամասնական ընտրակարգ է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Նահապետյանը:

Անդրադառնալով խորհրդարանում կայուն մեծամասնություն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությանը, որն ամրագրված է նաև Սահմանադրությամբ՝ Կորյուն Նահապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ դրա նպատակը քաղաքական ցնցումներից խուսափելն է: «Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որպեսզի պահպանվի խորհրդարանական կառավարման էությունը և լինի արդյունավետ: Իսկ դա անելու համար պետք է ունենանք նաև մեխանիզմներ և երաշխիքներ»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը :

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Կորյուն Նահապետյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի ներկայացված նախագիծը բավարար իրավական հիմքեր է ապահովում, բայց հուսալ, որ միայն Ընտրական օրենսգրքով հնարավոր կլինի խնդիրներ լուծել, միամտություն կլինի:
