Պարզվում է,որ ոչ միայն ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն են զայրացած իրենց արտգործնախարարի պահվածքից,ով ապրիլյան կարճատև պատերազմի ժամանակ ոչ ադեկվատ պահվածք էր դրսևորել՝Փարիզում ֆրակոֆոնիայի միջազգային ինչ-որ ժողովի էր մասնակցում և մինչև վերջ մնացել այնտեղ՝ չընդհատելով իր այցը,իսկ հետո էլ մոռացել էր, որ ինքն է ՀՀ արտգործնախարարը,այլ ոչ թե ՊՆ փոխնախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը,ով չգիտես ինչու ստանձնել էր արտգործնախարարի դերը,այլև՝ ադրբեջանցիները ևս զարմացած և զայրացած են սեփական ԱԳՆ-ի ղեկավարից..."Արդեն երկու օր էլ հայերը ռմբակոծում են Թարթարը,Բեյլագանը և այլ քաղաքներ և գյուղեր...Կան բազմաթիվ զոհեր և վիրավորներ..Իսկ մեր պաշտոնյաները հաճելի ժամանակ են անցկացնում,համերգներ այցելում և զվարճանում...",-բողոքում են ազերի օգտատերերը...Ադրբեջանում մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացել երեկ Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած հայտնի երգիչ Էրոս Ռամոզոտիի համերգից հրապարակած մի լուսանկար,որտեղ պատկերված են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյաովը և "ԱզԱլ"-ի տնօրեն Ջահանգիր Ասկերովը (տես լուսանկարը)...Լուսանկարից կարելի է ենթադրել,որ Ղարաբաղի հարցը այնքան էլ կարևոր չէ ազերի պաշտոնյաների համար,որոնք անտեսելով վերջին օրերի ադրբեջանցիների բազմաթիվ զոհերի փաստը և այն որ նախ և առաջ պետական պաշտոնյա են և պետք է հաշվի առնեն հասարակության տրամադրությունը,գնացել են համերգի...Չեմ զարմանում,քանի որ եթե սուլթան Իլհամն է իր զորքերին թաքցնում խաղաղ բնակչության թիկունքում,ապա ինչու՞ Մամեդյարովը չպետք է գնա համերգի...Թող Թարթարը,Եվլախը,Բարդան և Բեյլագանը դատարկվեն,բայց Բաքուն շարունակի իր "գլամուր" կյանքը...
