ՀՀ Նախագահը ներկայացրել է 3 կետեր, որոնց պարագայում միայն Հայաստանը կգնա ԼՂՀ բանակցությունների

Ավարտվել է «Հայաստանի հանրապետական» կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի նիստը, որը վարել է կուսակցության ղեկավար, ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Ինչպես նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց կուսակցության խոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, նիստին Նախագահը ներկայացրել է իր վերջին հանդիպումների ու հեռախոսազրույցների մանրամասները՝ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանի իրավիճակի մասին: Նաև քննարկվել են արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

«Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի հետ կապված Նախագահը նշել է, որ բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման համար անհրաժեշտ է երեք կարևոր քայլ: Քայլ համար մեկ՝ վստահության հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ներդնում, երկու՝ հասցեական հայտարարություններ և երեք՝ երաշխիքներ, որ Ադրբեջանը չի գնա նոր ագրեսիայի և ահաբեկչության ԼՂՀ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ: Այս պահին բանակցությունների վերսկսման մասին խոսելը վաղ է, որովհետև, երբ գնում են մարտական գործողություններ կամ գոնե դրանք ամբողջովին չեն ավարտվել, երբ Ադրբեջանը խախտում է 1994թ-ի հրադադարի պայմանագիրը, որը ստորագրել է Արցախի ու Հայաստանի հետ, նաև խախտում է Մոսկվայում ձեռք բերված բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունը կրակի դադարեցման մասին»,-ասաց նա:

Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը եղել ու մնում է ԼՂՀ ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավորը, խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի այդ ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման պայմաններում և առանց պաշտոնական Ստեփանակերտի որևէ մեկը չի կարող հասնել հարցի ամբողջական լուծման:

«Մենք խնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծման կողմնակից ենք, բայց  որպեսզի վերսկսենք բանակցություններն, անհրաժեշտ են վստահության միջոցառումներ, հասցեական գնահատականներ, երաշխիքներ միջազգային հանրության կողմից: Մեր նպատակը նախ և առաջ ոչ թե միակողմանի ճանաչումն է, այլ միջազգային ճանաչումը: Ուշ թե շուտ դա լինելու է:Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի միակ ապագան է՝ լինել դեյուրե ճանաչված ԼՂՀ քաղաքացիներ։

Այլ ճանապարհ չկա, անկախ նրանից՝ կուզի՞ Ադրբեջանը, թե՞ ոչ: Պայքարն Արցախի ժողովուրդը սկսել է անկախության համար և հայ ժողովուրդը սատարելու է նրանց արդար պայքարին՝ ապրելու միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված անկախ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունում»,-ասաց նա:

ՀՀԿ խոսնակը նաև նշեց, որ ապրիլյան պատերազմը նաև փորձություն էր, բայց հասարակությունը պետք է հպարտ լինի, քանի որ հաջողել է:

«Իհարկե, զոհերի գնով, բայց Ադրբեջանի նպատակն էր կայծակնային պատերազմի գնով մի քանի շրջան հետ վերցնել ու մաքսիմում առաջ շարժվել և զիջումներ պատրաստել հայկական կողմին: Ադրբեջանը ձախողեց, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մերոնք հաջողեցին»,-ասաց նա:
