Հրազդանը եղել է ՀՀ-ի արդյունաբերական քաղաքներից մեկը: Շատ ուրախալի է, որ «Հրազդան-ցեմենտ» ընկերությունն անցյալ տարվա 4-րդ եռամսյակից վերագործարկվել է, և ապահովելով 470 աշխատատեղ, թողարկել է շուրջ 75 հազ տոննա կամ 2,7 մլրդ դրամի ցեմենտ: Դժբախտաբար, 2008-2009-ին համաշխարհային ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամի տարիների հետևանքով 2015թ. հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ ընկերության պարտքը պետական բյուջեի նկատմամբ կազմել է 806 մլն դրամ, որից մոտ 394 մլն դրամը մայր պարտքն է, իսկ մեծ մասը՝ 412 մլն դրամը՝ տույժերը:

Ճիշտ է՝ օգոստոս ամսին մարվել է 151,8 մլն դրամ, սակայն տույժերը շարունակել են ավելանալ և 2016-ի փետրվարի 1-ի դրությամբ ընկերության պարտքը կազմել է 933,3 մլն դրամ: Ընդ որում, «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ»-ի կողմից, որտեղ գրավադրված են «Հրազդան-ցեմենտի» գույքն ու հաշիվները, տրամադրվել է լրացուցիչ վարկ՝ 179 մլն դրամ աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձը մարելու և 122 մլն դրամ հոսանքի դիմաց վճարումներ կատարելու նպատակով:

Հատկանաշական է, որ այժմ ընկերությունն իրականացնում է արտադրության ընդլայնման աշխատանքներ, նախատեսելով ցեմենտի արտադրության 2016 թվականի տարեկան ծավալը հասցնել մինչև 200 հազար տոննայի, որի արդյունքում պետական բյուջե կվճարվի ավելի քան 700 մլն դրամի հարկեր, կպահպանվեն աշխատատեղերը, հնարավորություններ կառաջանա արտադրության զարգացման համար: Այդ նպատակով, «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ»-ը, որպես շահագրգիռ կողմ` նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում հարկերի ուշացման պատճառով կուտակված տույժերից ազատելու դեպքում, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորել ընկերությանը: Բանկն արդեն իսկ «Հրազդան-ցեմենտին» տրամադրել է 4,6 մլն դոլարի վարկ:
