Անգլիայի հարավ-արեւելքի Հարթֆորդշիրի կոմսությունում վաճառքի են հանել Woolmers Park կալվածքը, որի երբեմնի սեփականատերերն Էին Եղիսաբեթ Երկրորդ թագուհու մորական պապն ու տատը՝ Կլոդ եւ Սեսիլիա Բոուզ-Լայոնը: Անշարժ գույքը գնահատվում Է 30 մլն ֆունտ ստեռլինգ (56 մլն դոլար): Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, գ րել Է Daily Telegraph-ը:
Այս տանն Է փոքրիկ Լիզին սիրահարվել ձիերին: Հենց այստեղ են Եղիսաբեթն ու նրա կրտսեր քույրը՝ Մարգարետը, խաղացել այգում: Անշարժ գույքը թագավորական ընտանիքի կողմից վաճառվել Էր 1949 թվականին, այն առաջին անգամ Է վաճառքի հանվում երկու տասնամյակի ընթացքում, ճշտվում Է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Կալվածքի տարածքն զբաղեցնում Է 100 հեկտար: Այստեղ 21,3 հազար քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերեսով մի քանի շենք Է կառուցվել:
Եղիսաբեթ Երկրորդը գահ Է բարձրացել 1952 թվականի փետրվարի 6-ին եւ ներկայում ամենաերկար կառավարող միապետն Է համարվում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պատմության մեջ: 2016 թվականի ապրիլին թագուհին նշել Է իր ծննդյան 90-ամյակը:
