Գիտնականները նշել են մարդկության գլխավոր սպառնալիքները

Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի (Մեծ Բրիտանիա) գիտնականները պատրաստել են «Գլոբալ աղետների ռիսկերը» հաշվետվությունը: Դրանում թվարկվում են այն հիմնական սպառնալիքները, որոնք առաջիկայում կարող են ոչնչացնել Երկրագնդի բնակչության առնվազն 10 տոկոսը, հաղորդում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով The Telegraph-ին:
Հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ առաջիկա հինգ տարում առավել մեծ սպառնալիքը բխում Է «անհայտ ռիսկերից», որոնց թվին փորձագետները դասել են, օրինակ, Երկրի վրա աստերոիդի ընկնելը կամ գերհրաբուխի ժայթքումը, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կախված չեն մարդուց:
Երկարաժամկետ հեռանկարում մոլորակի բնակչությանը կարող են սպառնալ համաճարակները, միջուկային պատերազմը, կլիմայի աղետալի փոփոխությունները, ինչպես նաեւ արհեստական ինտելեկտի եւ ռոբոտների զարգացումը: Այս սպառնալիքները ուղղակիորեն կապված են մարդու հետ:
Զեկույցում նշվում Է, որ ժամանակակից ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների, մասնավորապես, «Իսլամական պետության» հնարավորությունները թույլ են տալիս սինթետիկ կենսաբանության օգնությամբ մարդկանց նպատակային խմբի համար ստեղծել վարակների հիմնամանրԷներ: Համակարգչային տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը, իր հերթին, կարող Է հանգեցնել արհեստական ինտելեկտի ավտոնոմ խմբերի ստեղծման, որոնք մարդու կարիքը չունեն եւ վերջինիս դիտում են որպես իրենց մրցակցի:
Գիտնականների կարծիքով՝ ներկայում շատ երկրների կառավարություններ ի վիճակի չեն հարկ եղած ձեւով պատրաստվել պոտենցիալ սպառնալիքներին: «Ոչ մի հիմք չկա մտածելու, որ մարդիկ արարման գագաթնակետն են եւ աշխարհում եղածներից լավագույնը»,-նշել Է ուսումնասիրության համահեղինակ Սեբաստիան Ֆարքվհարը:
