Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ՀՀ առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանի հետ միասին ներկա է գտնվել Երևանի թիվ 92 մանկապարտեզում ներառական կրթություն ապահովելու համար ձևավորված հատվածի հանդիսավոր բացմանը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա են եղել նաև ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարները, «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրի հիմնադիր, պրոֆեսոր Արա Բաբլոյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք և բազմաթիվ հյուրեր: Մանկապարտեզում ներառական ծրագիրն իրականացնող կողմերն են՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը, «Քրոնիմետ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը, «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիրը, «Արաբկիր» միացյալ մանկական բարեգործական, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական և «Յուքոմ» (նախկինում`«Օրանժ») հիմնադրամները:

 Շնորհավորելով ներկաներին նախադպրոցական տարիքի երեխաների համար առաջին անգամ մանկապարտեզում ներառական կրթություն ապահովելու համար ձևավորված հատվածի բացման առիթով, քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծել է, որ քաղաքապետարանն իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում շարունակելու է աջակցել նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունների կյանքի կոչմանը:

 «Իսկապես գնահատանքի է արժանի բոլոր այն պետական ու միջազգային կառույցների հետևողական աշխատանքն ու հաջողված համագործակցությունը, ինչի շնորհիվ մենք այսօր հնարավորություն ունեցանք մայրաքաղաքում բացել նմանատիպ կենտրոն՝ ապահովված անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով: Մեր փոքրիկներն իրենց հասակակիցների միջավայրում լիարժեք ինտեգրման հնարավորություն պետք է ունենան,և մենք պետք է անենք հնարավորը, որպեսզի Երևանում կարողնանք ստեղծել ներառական կրթության մի քանի նմանատիպ կենտրոններ: Համոզված եմ՝ այս ծրագիրը լինելու է շարունակական, և մենք մեր պատրաստակամությունն ենք հայտնում աջակցել դրա կյանքի կոչմանը», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը: 

 Երևանի թիվ 92 մանկապարտեզում ներառական կրթություն ապահովելու համար ձևավորված հատվածի հանդիսավոր բացման պատիվը վերապահվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետին և կենտրոնի սաներին:

 Այնուհետ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ու ՀՀ առաջին տիկին Ռիտա Սարգսյանը հյուրերի հետ միասին շրջել են խմբասենյակներով, ծանոթացել երեխաների համար ստեղծված պայմաններին: 

 Հարկ է նշել, որ մանկապարտեզում գործում է նաև վերականգնողական կենտրոն: Փոքրիկների հետ կաշխատեն վերապատրաստված մասնագետներ՝ հոգեբան, լոգոպեդ, հատուկ մանկավարժ:
