Ապրիլի 29-ին Մինսկում ստորագրել են համաձայնագիր Բելառուսում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) դատարանի գտնվելու պայմանների մասին, հաղորդում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին:

Բելառուսից փաստաթուղթն ստորագրել Է արտաքին գործերի առաջին փոխնախարար Ալեքսանդր Միխնեւիչը, ԵԱՏՄ-ի դատարանի կողմից՝ վերջինիս նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Ֆեդորցովը: 

Միխնեւիչը լրագրողներին պարզաբանել Է, որ դատարանը «ԵԱՏՄ-ի կարեւորագույն ինստիտուտն Է, որը կհետեւի ինչպես պետությունների, այնպես Էլ ԵԱՏՄ-ի մամինների կողմից իրավունքի այն նորմաների կատարմանը, որոնք մենք ստեղծել ենք»:

Առաջին փոխնախարարը նաեւ հայտարարել Է, որ դատարան կարող են դիմել ինչպես ԵԱՏՄ-ի պետությունները, այնպես Էլ ձեռնարկչական կառույցներ: Նա ճշտել Է, որ ստորագրված համաձայնագրին համապատասխան անհատույց ԵԱՏՄ-ի դատարանին Է հանձնվում Մինսկի կենտրոնի Կիրովի փողոցում գտնվող շենքը:
