Կան կանխատեսումներ, որ մինչև այս տարեվերջ մեր պետական պարտքը կմոտենա 6 միլիարդ դոլարի սահմանագծին.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը շարունակում է անշեղորեն աճել։ Այս տարվա ապրիլի 1-ի դրությամբ Պարտքը կազմել է արդեն 5 միլիարդ 196 միլիոն դոլար։ Փաստորեն մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մեր Պետական պարտքը աճել է 576 միլիոն դոլարով։

Սա անցած տարվա նույն ցուցանիշը գերազանցում է 12.4 տոկոսով։ Միևնույն ժամանակ այս նույն ընթացքում նվազել են մեր պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները։ Եթե անցած տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում պետբյուջեի եկամուտները կազմում էին 517 միլիոն դոլար, ապա այս տարի՝ 500 միլիոն դոլար։ Մի խոսքով, ունենք պետական պարտքի 12.5 տոկոս աճ և բյուջեի եկամուտների 3.2 տոկոս նվազում։ Իսկ սա ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանը գոյատևում է պարտքերի հաշվին։

Իսկ այն, որ պարտքերի աճին զուգահեռ պետական եկամուտները ոչ միայն համարժեքորեն չեն աճում, այլ շարունակում են նվազել, ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանը գնում է դեպի սնանկացում։ Եթե սրան ավելացնենք, որ ոչ մի քայլ չի արվում մեր տնտեսության մոնոպոլիստական-օլիգարխիկ բնույթը փոխելու, կոռուպցիան նվազեցնելու, ստվերայնությունը կրճատելու ուղղությամբ, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանությունը մեր երկիրը դիտավորյալ և համառորեն է տանում դեպի սնանկացում։ Կան կանխատեսումներ, որ մինչև այս տարեվերջ մեր պետական պարտքը կմոտենա 6 միլիարդ դոլարի սահմանագծին»,–գրում է թերթը։
