Սիրիայում «լռության ռեժիմը» շարունակվում է

Սիրիայի Դամասկոս, Հալեպ և Լաթաքիա քաղաքների արվարձաններում «լռության ռեժիմ»-ն ուժի մեջ է մտել ապրիլի 30-ին՝ կեսգիշերից սկսած: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, Սիրիայի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբը հայտարարել է, որ համաձայն ՌԴ-ի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև ձեռք բերված համաձայնության՝ Դամասկոսում «լռության ռեժիմ»-ը ուժի մեջ կմնա 24 ժամ, իսկ Լաթաքիայում և նրա հյուսիային շրջաններում լռությունը պետք է շարունակվի 72 ժամ: «Լռության ռեժիմը պետք է սահմանափակի որոշ ահաբեկչական խմբերի և այն ուժերի գործողությունները, որոնք կանգնած են նրանց հետևում, նաև` նրանց գործողությունները, ովքեր ցանկանում են սրել իրավիճակը և պահ են փնտրում քաղաքացիական բնակչության վրա հարձակվելու համար»,- ասված է Սիրիայի ԶՈՒ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
«Լռության ռեժիմ»-ի ընթացքում արգելված են ռազմական գործողությունները և բոլոր տեսակի զենքերի կիրառումը: Մոսկվան և Վաշինգտոնը հույս ունեն, որ սիրիական հակամարտության կողմերը լուրջ կվերաբերվեն հաշտության պահպանմանը:
Սիրիայում ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարի 27-ից հրադադար է հաստատվել: Հրադադարը, սակայն, չի տարածվում Ռուսաստանում և մի շարք այլ երկրներում արգելված ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների՝ «Իսլամական պետության», «Ջեբհատ ան Նուսրա», «Ալ Քաիդա»-ի սիրիական ստորաբաժանման և այլ խմբավորումների վրա, որոնք ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից ևսճանաչվել են ահաբեկչական:
