1. Ձուն բավական շատ սպիտակուցներ է պարունակում, ինչն ամրացնում է մազարմատները: Դրա մեջ պարունակվող վիտամին A-ն կանխարգելում է թեփի առաջացումը, վիտամին E-ն լավացնում է արյան շրջանառությունը, իսկ վիտամին D-ն նպաստում է մազերի աճին: Իսկ կանաչ թեյը շատ լավ հակաօքսիդանտ է և արագացնում է մազերի աճը: Այս երկու բաղադրիչներից կարելի է դիմակ պատրաստել հետևյալ կերպ. լավ խառնեք 1 ձվի դեղնուցը և 2 ճաշի գդալ օգտագործված կանաչ թեյի տերևները, այս խառնուրդը քսեք գլխի մաշկին, մոտ 30 րոպե թողեք, ապա լվացեք շամպունով:

2. Ընտրեք ցանկացած յուղ մազերի համար՝ կոկոսի, նուշի, ժոժոբայի, ձիթապտղի, այն խառնեք վիտամին E-ի 3 պարկուճի հետ: Ապա այն քսեք մաշկին, ցանկության դեպքում կարող ենք ամբողջ գիշեր թողնել գլխի մաշկի վրա:

3. Բլենդերում հարեք 1 սոխը, ապա այն խառնեք 1ճաշի գդալ մեղրի հետ: Ստացված խառնուրդը քսեք գլխի մաշկին, թողեք 40 րոպե, ապա մաքրեք տաք ջրով:

4. 1 հասած բանանը խառնեք 1 ձվի դեղնուցի հետ: Ստացված խառնուրդը քսեք գլխին և նվազագույնը 30 րոպե թողեք:

5. 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրը խառնեք 1 թեյի գդալ գերչակի յուղի, 1 ձվի դեղնուցի և 1 ճաշի գդալ կոնյակի հետ: Որպեսզի ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնեք, կարող եք ստացված խառնուրդին ավելացնել նաև վիտամին A և E: Դիմակը քսեք գլխին, մազերը սրբիչով փաթաթեք, մոտ 1 ժամ թողեք մազերին:

6. 2 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղը խառնեք 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղրի հետ, ապա 1 ճզմած ավոկադո ավելացրեք խառնուրդին, այն քսեք մազերին և լվացեք 20 րոպե անց:

7. Կես բաժակ բնական յոգուրտը խառնեք կես ճաշի գդալ մայոնեզի և 2 ձվի դեղնուցի հետ: Խառուրդը քսեք գլխին և թողեք մոտ 1 ժամ:

8. 1 ճաշի գդալ կաթը խառնեք 1 ճաշի գդալ վարսակի թեփի հետ, թողեք 1 ժամ: Մինչև խառնուրդը գլխին քսելը սանրեք մազերը, ապա դիմակը 20 րոպե թողեք գլխին:

9. Մի փոքր սուրճը խառնեք 1 ձվի դեղնուցի հետ: Խառնուրդը քսեք գլխին, մոտ երկու րոպե մերսեք գլխի մաշկը: 40 րոպե անց գլուխը լվացեք տաք ջրով:

10. 1 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղը խառնեք 2 ճաշի գդալ կոկոսի յուղի հետ: Խառնուրդը գլխին պահեք մոտ 1 ժամ:
