Սունկը դժվար մարսելի է և խորհուրդ չի տրվում մինչև 4 տարեկան երեխաներին: Այնուամենայնիվ , նաև չպետք է մոռանալ, որ սունկը պարունակում է սպիտակուցներ, այնպես որ կարող եք այն ընդգրկել Ձեր ճաշացանկի մեջ, սակայն հիշելով, որ չպետք է երկրորդ անգամ տաքացնենք, ինչի հետևանքով նվազում է օգտակարությունը, փոխվում է սննդայն կազմը: Կրկնակի տաքացման դեպքում այն ևս կարող է հանգեցնել ստամոքսի և փորի ցավի:

Եվս մեկ բանջարեղեն, որ հակացուցված է տաքացնել: Կրկնակի տաքացնելու հետևանքով այն կորցնում է օգտակար հատկությունները: Սակայն լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող է ի հայտ գալ, երբ կանոնավոր կերպով օգտագործեք տաքացրած բազուկ:
