Բուսայուղը, գինին 110 գրամ շաքարի փոշին , 200 գրամ ալյուրը, 30 գրամ պիստակը միախառնել։

Թխել ջեռոցում։

100 գրամ շաքարավազը 80 գրամ շրի հետ միախառնել։ Եռացնել։

Լցնել խմորի վրա։

200 գրամ սերուցքը տաքացնել, ավելացնել 200 գրամ շոկոլադը, հարել։

Լցնել խմորի վրա։

15 գրամ ժելատինը սառը ջրի մեջ բացել։

Ծիրանը հարել, բյուրե անել, տաքացնել։

Ավելացնել ժելատինը։

Աելացնել խմորին։

5 գրամ ժելատինը սռաը ջրով բացել։ Մասկարպոնեն, վանիլինը, մեղը, 50 գրամ շաքարի փոշին միախառնել։

Մաս առ մաս այդ զանգվածն ավելացնել ելատինին։

Ավելացնել 300 գրամ մածունը և լիկյորը։

Ավելացնել խմորի վերջին շերտին, դնել սառնարան․

500 գրամ սերուցքը հարել, զրադարել տորթը սերուցքով և շոկոլադով։
