ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում քննարկվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին հաղորդեցին ՀՀ ԱՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, քննարկումը կազմակերպվել էր «Գե րմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության» ընկերության (GIZ) աջակցությամբ: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, GIZ «Հարավային Կովկասում եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին իրավական համապատասխանեցում» ծրագրի ղեկավար Թոմաս Մայերը, պրոֆեսոր, GIZ փորձագետ Ռոլֆ Քնիպերը, ԵՊՀ քաղաքացիական իրավունքի ամբիոնի դասախոս Լիպարիտ Մելիքջանյանը, Արդարադատության նախարարության այլ ներկայացուցիչներ:

Արսեն Մկրտչյանը, բարձր գնահատելով «Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության» ընկերության ներդրումը ՀՀ օրենսդրության բարեփոխումների ոլորտում, համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այդ ուղղությամբ համագործակցությունը կլինի շարունակական: Նախարարի առաջին տեղակալի խոսքով` ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը շահագրգռված է GIZ-ի փորձագետների ներգրավմամբ ունենալ լավ աշխատող և արդյունավետ իրավակարգավորումներով օրենսգիրք:

Թոմաս Մայերը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար, նշել է, որ իրենք պատրաստ են շարունակելու աջակցությունը քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի բարեփոխման ուղղությամբ:

Քննարկման ընթացքում գերմանացի գործընկերները ներկայացրել են Գերմանիայի փորձը ոլորտի կատարելագործման ուղղությամբ, որի հիման վրա մի շարք շտկումներ ու փոփոխություններ են մտցվել նախագծային դրույթներում: Լրամշակվել են ուրիշի գույքից սահմանափակ օգտվելու (սերվիտուտ) ինստիտուտին վերաբերող հոդվածները, հստակեցվել են կամավոր և հարկադիր գույքային սերվիտուտ հասկացությունները, դրանց հետ կապված իրավակարգավորումները և այլն:
