Արցախի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մայիսի 1-ին Հադրութում հանդիպել է շրջանի համայնքապետերի և ֆերմերների հետ՝ քննարկելով ստեղծված իրավիճակում թիկունքային ապահովվածության, գարնանացանի, հունձի և հակահրդեհային աշխատանքների հետ կապված հարցեր: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ԱՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Վարչապետն իր խոսքում կարևորել է Ադրբեջանի վերջին շրջանի ագրեսիայի պայմաններում թիկունքային աշխատանքների արդյունավետ կազմակերպումը, ինչն ուղիղ կերպով ազդեցություն է թողնում բանակի մարտունակության վրա: Նա հորդորել է ներկաներին փոխհամաձայնեցված աշխատանքներ իրականացնել այդ ուղղությամբ՝ օգտագործելով համայնքների ողջ ներուժը: Ա. Հարությունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել համայնքապետերին՝ ցուցաբերած ինքնակազմակերպվածության և նվիրման համար:

«Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի հետևանքով որոշ խնդիրներ առաջացան տնտեսության, այդ թվում՝ գյուղատնտեսության մեջ: Իհարկե, շնորհիվ մեր բանակի՝ շատ արագ կարողացանք կայունացնել ռազմական իրավիճակը, սակայն այժմ պետք է լծվենք թե՛ թիկունքի ամրացման, թե՛ տնտեսության բնականոն աշխատանքների կազմակերպման գործերին: Թեև որոշ ժամկետների մասով ուշացել ենք, սակայն դեռևս ժամանակ կա գարնանացան որոշ կուլտուրաների մշակման համար: Այնպես որ ակնկալում եմ ձեզնից օպերատիվ և արդյունավետ աշխատանք, իսկ կառավարությունը հնարավորինս կաջակցի հողագոր ծների ջանքերին»,- նշել է վարչապետը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քննարկվել են նաև հունձի նախապատրաստմանն ու հրդեհների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների հետ կապված հարցեր: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը տվել է համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ՝ գյուղտեխնիկայի արդյունավետ կիրառման և հրդեհավտանգ խոտածածկերի վերացման վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա փոխվարչապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանն անդրադարձել է համայնքներում կամավորական աշխատանքների անհրաժեշտությանը, որոնց միջոցով պետք է հատկապես այս օրերին աջակցել կարիքավոր բոլոր ընտանիքներին՝ փոխարինելով առաջնագծում գտնվող նրանց անդամներին:
