Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ-ն հավաստիացնում է, որ երկու նախարարի ստորագրած փաստաթուղթը չի արգելում համագործակցությունը Արցախի հետ

Ֆրանսահայ կազմակերպությունները համակարգող խորհրդի (CCAF) համանախագահներ Մուրադ Փափազյանը և Արա Թորանյանն իրենց վրդովմունքն են հայտնել Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերին նախարարությանը՝ Արցախի հետ համագործակցությունն արգելող վերջերս ընդունված փաստաթղթի վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Նոր հառաջ» թերթը, CCAF-ի համանախագահներն այս մասին նշել են Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարարության ԱՊՀ-ի, անվտանգության և ռազմավարական հարցերով խորհրդական Կիյոմ Օլանիեի հետ հանդիպմանը՝ հուլիսի 28-ին Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն կատարած այցի ժամանակ:
Հայկական պատվիրակության անդամները հիշեցրել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի դժվարին կացության մասին և ընդգծել ռազմատենչ Ադրբեջանի կողմից կղզիացված վիճակից դուրս գալու իրավունքը:
Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Լորան Ֆաբիուսի և Ֆրանսիայի ներքին գործերի նախարար Բեռնար Կազնյովի ստորագրած փաստաթղթով «ֆրանսիական տեղական կառավարման մարմիններին արգելվում է համագործակցության պայմանագիր կնքել Ֆրանսիայի կառավարության կողմից չճանաչված միավորների, այդ թվում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ»:
Օլանիեն նշել է, որ նշված փաստաթուղթն արգելում է Ֆրանսիայի կողմից չճանաչված հողատարածքներն օրինապես ճանաչել որպես անկախ պետության պատկանող տարածքներ: «Սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ չի կարելի հարաբերություններ հաստատել և դրանք զարգացնել այդ տարածքների հետ»,-ասել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցը: Օլանիեն հանձն է առել հանդիպել ներքին գործերի նախարարի հետ «հարցը հստակացնելու, նախկին փաստաթղթի հետ կապված սխալ մեկնաբանությունները կասեցնելու համար»:
