ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը Գերմանիայի դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է ոլորտում համագործակցության հեռանկարները

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը մայիսի 1-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Բերնհարդ Մաթիաս Քիսլերին, և քննարկել երկու երկրների միջև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի համագործակցության հեռանկարները:
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի փոխանցած հաղորդագրությունում ասվում է. «Նշելով, որ երկու երկրների միջև Հայաստանի անկախացումից հետո գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառում ձևավորվել է փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն` նախարարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ պարոն Քիսլերի առաքելության ընթացքում հայ-գերմանական հարաբերությունները ագրարային ոլորտում ավելի կխորանան ու կամրապնդվեն:
«Հայաստանի անկախացումից հետո Գերմանիայի հետ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ձևավորվել է սերտ համագործակցություն: Այս առումով կցանկանայի հատկապես նշել Գերմանիայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության (GIZ) և Գերմանիայի զարգացման բանկի (KfW) աջակցությամբ վերջին տարիներին իրականացվող ծրագրերը, որոնք մեծապես նպաստում են ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացմանը», - ողջունելով հյուրին նշել է նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը:
Այս ենթատեքստում նախարարը հատկապես կարևորել է Գերմանիայի համագործակցության կազմակերպության կողմից անտառվերականգնման ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև KfW բանկի կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող ոռոգման, ջրամատակարարման և ջրահեռացման ծրագրերը, այդ թվում` Կապսի և Մաստարայի ջրամբարների վերակառուցումը:
Այնուհետև նախարարը համառոտ ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառի ներկա վիճակը, ընդգծել, որ ոլորտի զարգացման գրավականը գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների միավորումը և կոոպերատիվների ստեղծումն է և այս առումով Գերմանիայի փորձը Հայաստանի համար կարող է օրինակելի լինել:
Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ ագրարային բնագավառում Հայաստանի և Գերմանիայի փոխգործակցությունը առաջիկայում ավելի կխորանա և կընդլայնվի: Որպես երկկողմ համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղիներ նախարարը, մասնավորապես, մատնանշել է գինեգործության, ձկնաբուծության ոլորտները, գյուղատնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման, տեղում համատեղ ընկերությունների միջոցով ոռոգման կաթիլային համակարգերի և հակակարկտային ցանցերի արտադրության կազմակերպման հնարավորությունը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ներդնել առավելագույն ջանքեր` ի նպաստ երկու պետությունների միջև ագրարային ոլորտում համագործակցության ընդլայնման»:
