12 խորհուրդ առողջության մասին Վանգայից

Պայծառատես Վանգայի թողած խորհուրդները փոխանցվել են սերնդեսերունդ։  Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում առողջությանն ու ճիշտ սննդակարգին վերաբերվող մի քանի խորհուրդ։

1. Աշխարհը սկսել է խոտաբույսերից։ Սակայն յուրաքանչյուր երկրի բուսականություն օգնում է միայն տվյալ երկրում բնակվող ժողովրդին։

2. Պետք է շատ աշխատել։ Ծուլությունը «վարակ» է, որը վնասում է մեզ թե ֆիզիկապես և թե հոգեպես։ Ֆիզիկական և հոգեկան «աղտոտվածությունը» հակասում է Աստծո ստեղծածին։

3. Մարդը աղտոտում է բնությունը և հետո բողոքում ի հայտ եկած նոր վարակների և քաղցկեղածին հիվանդությունների մասին։

4. Դեղամիջոցները փակում են այն «դռները», որոնց միջոցով բույսերը կարող են օգնել մարդկանց։

5. Հիվանդությունների մեծ մասը ի հայտ են գալիս մրսելուց։  Հետևաբար խուսափեք խոնավ վայրերից և սառը ջուր մի օգտագործեք։

6. Մի ներվայնացեք, վախի մեջ մի ապրեք։ Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում խորհրդակցեք նևրապոթոլոգի հետ, ընդունեք բուժիչ լոգանքներ և փորձեք թուլանալ։

7. Խմեք բուսական և մրգային թեյեր, քանի որ դրանք անվնաս են ու առողջարար։

8. Ինչու՞ եք ծխում։ Եթե դա ճիշտ լիներ, բոլոր կանայք և տղամարդիկ իրենց գլխին կունենային ծխնելույզ։ Թող ծխելը,  ապրիր երկար և առանց վարակների։

9. Մի վախեցեք վարակներից։ Հավատ ունեցեք։

10. Գոյություն ունի 2 տիպի վարակ. առաջինը որ բուժում է բժիշկը, երկրորդը՝ տատիկը։ Բուժվելու համար ամենակարևոր գործոնը ճիշտ ախտորոշումն է։

11. Երկիրը մեր ընդհանուր մայրն է, դիտարկեք նրան որպես կենդանի օրգանիզմ։ Հարգեք Երկրին, այն մեզ սնում է, և մի չարաշահեք նրա վստահությունը, քանի որ նա մեզ կպատժի։

12. Վարակից ավելի վտանգավոր խուճապն է, որովհետև այն ձեզ ներսից է կրծում։ Ապրեք պարզ և խաղաղ։
