Հարգելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ, ֆեյսբուքյան ընկերներ,
այս տարվա ապրիլը ծանր ամիս էր ամենքիս համար: Մարտահրավերը, որի առջև կանգնեց մեր հասարակությունը, ստիպեց բոլորիս աչալուրջ և, որ,ամենակարևորն է, միասնական լինել: Ցավոք, ապրիլը նաև մեծ կորուստների ամիս էր: Անշուշտ, ոչինչ չի փարատի այն մարդկանց վիշտը, ովքեր կորցրել են զավակ,ամուսին կամ հայր:
Բայցև մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի մեծագույն պարտքն է այդ ընտանիքների կողքին լինելը, նրանց սատարելը, հարազատի նման նրանց աջակցելն ու մեր նորօրյա հերոսների հիշատակը վառ պահելը:
Այսօր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ արդեն հայտնել եմ զոհված ու վիրավոր երևանաբնակ զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին ֆինանսական աջակցություն տրամադրելու, ինչպես նաև Արցախի կառավարության կողմից բացված հատուկ հաշվեհամարին գումար փոխանցելու մասին:
Մոտ օրերս կամփոփենք ու Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա նիստի օրակարգում կընդգրկենք նաև սեփական տանիք չունեցող, վարձով ապրող առաջնագծում զոհված երևանաբնակ զինծառայողների, նախնական տվյալներով, չորս ընտանիքներին բնակարան հատկացնելու հարցը: Ֆինանսական հատկացումները կատարվելու են այս տարվա «էրեբունի-Երևան» և այլ մշակութային միջոցառումների համար նախատեսված ֆինանսական միջոցների մասնակի կրճատման հաշվին:
