«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՌԴ հանրային խորհրդի անդամ Դենիս Դվորնիկովը «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հետ զրույցում կարծիք հայտնեց, որ այս փուլում ԼՂ հակամարտության շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելն անիմաստ է: Ռուս գործչի խոսքով՝ բանակցությունների հասնելու համար շփման գծում պետք է նվազեցնել կրակոցների ինտենսիվությունը, ինչպես նաեւ Արցախը ներառել բանակցություններում՝ որպես իրավահավասար կողմ:
Պարոն Դվորնիկով, Սերժ Սարգսյանը Bloomberg գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել էր, թե անիմաստ է բանակցել Ադրբեջանի հետ, եթե անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չկան: Իր հերթին ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Լեւոն Մնացականյանը էլ հայտարարել էր, թե պատերազմի դեպքում հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է առաջ գնալ: Ըստ Ձեզ՝ սա կարո՞ղ է ընկալվել որպես հայկական կողմի չափից ավելի կոշտ մոտեցում:
Սա հարկադրական կոշտացում է, որովհետեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը եւ Հայաստանը այս հակամարտության մեջ պաշտպանողական կողմեր են: Որքան ագրեսիվ են ադրբեջանական ուժերի հարձակումները, այնքան ավելի կոշտ պատասխան է տրվում: Այլ հարց է, որ հակամարտության վերջին պոռթկումը Հայաստանի համար չեղարկեց բարոյական եւ իրավական բոլոր սահմանափակումները ԼՂ-ի ճանաչման հարցում, սակայն դա չարվեց: Հետեւաբար դիրքորոշման կոշտացումը դեռեւս առավելագույնս չի արտահայտվել: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Հայաստըանի ղեկավարությունը բավականին խելամիտ է գործում: Երբեմն, ըստ իս, նույնիսկ շատ խելամիտ:
Դուք մեկ անգամ չէ, որ դատապարտել եք Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառելու Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականությունը: Ըստ Ձեզ՝ ինչպիսի՞ որոշում պետք է կայացվի այդ հարցում, հատկապես երբ դա Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն է:
Այստեղ ոչ մի արդարացում չկա: Պետք է գոնե 30 տարի դեպի առաջ մտածել: Ով կլինի Ադրբեջանում իշխանության, մենք չենք կարող կանխագուշակել: Չնայած ժամանակակից միտումները հաշվի առնելով՝ դրանք կարող են լինել ոչ հաճելի կերպարներ, այդ թվում ուղարկված «եղբայրական Թուրքիայի» կողմից: Բայց մենք կանող ենք կանխատեսել, որ այդ բոլոր «солцепек»-ները եւ հրթիռային համակարգերը կլինեն ինչպես նորը եւ կարող են ուժեղ հարվածել ռուսական տարածքին: Այդպիսի տեսակի զենքերն ունեն պահպանության երկար ժամկետ: Սա այն մարդկանց համար, որոնք պնդում են, որ քաղաքականության մեջ բարոյականություն չկա: Չնայած դա շատ վնասակար կարծրատիպ է: Բարոյականություն պետք է լինի գոնե դաշնակցի հետ»:
