Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը ձեռք է բերում արաբա-իսրայելական հակամարտությանը բնորոշ գծեր` պարբերաբար սրացումներով երկարատև գործընթաց, ձգձգում և կոնկրետ լուծման հեռանկարի բացակայություն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ, Միջազգային հարաբերությունների ֆակուլտետի Քաղաքական ինստիտուտների և գործընթացների ամբիոն վարիչ Գարիկ Քեռյանը:
«Ալիևն ամեն դեպքում հաղթանակ չի տարել: Ադրբեջանական օգատերերը նույնիսկ գրում էին, որ սա դագաղների հաղթանակ էր: Այս պայմաններում, ներքաղաքական լեգիտիմությունը մեծացնելու համար, Ադրբեջանը կփորձի որոշակի հատվածներում հաղթանակ տանել: Իրավիճակի սրման ազդակ կարող են լինել նաև արտաքին գործոնները: Եթե այն վարկածն ընդունենք, որ ապրիլյան սրացման հետևում կանգնած է Թուրքիան, հնարավոր է երկու երկրների ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունները նոր պլան մշակած լինեն»,-ասաց Գարիկ Քեռյանը:
Քաղաքագետը նկատեց, որ սրացումները կարող են երկու կողմերին բերել կորուստների, որոնք կտանեն դիրքորոշումների մեղմացման, սա էլ կարող է իր հերթին տանել համանախագահների առաջարկությունների ընդունմանը: «Այսօր, կարծես, այն տպավարությունը կա, որ Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, ԱՄՆ-ն փորձում են կողքից նայել, թե ձեռնամարտը ինչով կավարտվի, կամ այս մարտերը ինչ հետևանք կունենան»,-ասաց Գարիկ Քեռյանը: Ըստ նրա` հնարավոր է Արևմուտքն, իրավիճակը թողնելով Ռուսաստանին, հետևի, թե ինչ ընթացք է ունենում սրացումը:
«Այստեղ կարող է Ռուսաստանի ձեռնարկների տապալման թաքուն ակնկալիք լինել, որի դեպքում խնդրի կարգավորման էստաֆետը կանցնի Արևմուտքին: Ամփոփելով, կարող ենք ասել, որ եթե նոր սրացում լինի, ապա օբյեկտիվորեն դա կարող է կապված լինել և' Ադրբեջանի ռևանշի պահանջի, և' արտաքին ազդակների հետ»,-նշեց Քեռյանը:
