Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը Ադրբեջանին մեղադրում է ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցությունները կանգնեցնելու մեջ

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման բանակցությունները դադարել են հենց Ադրբեջանի պատճառով: Մայիսի 3-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀՇ վարչության անդամ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը: «Բոլոր այն փաստաթղթերը, որոնք դրված են եղել բանակցային սեղանին և որոնց շուրջ ընթացել են քննարկումները, դրանց հիմքում մեկ բան է եղել ՝ խաղաղության հաստատում: Իսկ այսօր անհեթեթ եմ համարում խոսել, թե ինչ փաթեթի շուրջ պետք է կողմերը բանակցեն: Հիմա պետք է խոսել այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարելի է զսպել Ադրբեջանին, քանի որ այդ երկիրը հստակ նպատակ ունի հակամարտությունը կարգավորել ռազմական ճանապարհով՝ իր միջազգային դաշնակիցների օժանդակությամբ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Իգիթյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ Ադրբեջանը խախտել է բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները: «Այդ երկիրը խախտել է ոչ միայն հրադադարի ռեժիմը, այլև միջազգային իրավունքները, մասնավորապես՝ խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ ուժի չկիրառման սկզբունքը»,- ասաց նա:
Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը գտնում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք բանակցային գործընթացի անմիջական մասնակից լինի, եթե ի վերջո բանակցությունները վերսկսվեն: Նա անդրադարձավ նաև միջազգային հանրության արձագանքին՝ ընդգծելով, որ անգամ Ռուսաստանը, որը Հայաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցն է, հայտարարում է, որ մտահոգված է պատերազմական վիճակով: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման հայտարարությունները պետք է հասցեական լինեն, այսինքն՝ խոսքը պետք է գնա այն կողմի մասին, ով խախտել է այդ պայմանավորվածությունը: Հիմա խոսվում է այն մասին, որ Մինսկի խումբը պետք է նոր մանդատ ս տանա: Խոսքը շփման գծում մոնիտորինգ իրականացնելու մանդատի մասին է: Այսինքն, այդ մանդատը հնարավորություն կտա հետաքննություն իրականացնել և բացահայտել, թե ով է իրականում հրադադարը խախտողն ու ագրեսորը: Ես կարծում եմ, որ սա շատ կարևոր է»,- եզրափակեց Իգիթյանը:
