Եվրահանձնաժողովը մտադիր Է տուգանել փախստականների ընդունումից հրաժարվող երկրներին

Եվրահանձնաժողովը պլանավորում Է քննարկել այն երկրների համար ֆինանսական վճարումներ սահմանելու հնարավորությունը, որոնք հրաժարվում են ըստ բաժնաչափերի տեղավորել ԵՄ ժամանած փախստականներին. տուգանքի չափը մեկ մարդու հաշվով կարող Է կազմել շուրջ 250 հազար եվրո: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Financial Times թերթը՝ հղում անելով հանձնաժողովի ծրագրերին ծանոթ աղբյուրների:
Մայիսի 4-ին Եվրահանձնաժողովը մտադիր Է նոր առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել Եվրամիությունում ապաստանի տրամադրման գործող «դուբլինյան» համակարգի փոփոխման վերաբերյալ: Նախնական պլանների համաձայն՝ բարենորոգման շրջանակներում ԵՀ-ն կառաջարկի տուրք սահմանել այն երկրների համար, որոնք հրաժարվում են ժամանակափորապես տեղավորել ապաստան խնդրողներին, սակայն այդ կետը շարունակում Է բանավեճերի առարկա մնալ:
Հրատարակության աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ տուգանքի չափը ապաստան խնդրող մեկ մարդու հաշվով կարող Է կազմել 250 հազար եվրո: Սակայն այդ թիվը դեռեւս կարող Է փոփոխվել:
«Մուծման չափը կարող Է փոփոխվել, բայց նպատակն այն Է, որ դա պատժամիջոցների նմանվի»,-ասել Է ԵՀ-ի պլաններին ծանոթ աղբյուրներից մեկը: Թերթի զրուցակիցներից մեկ ուրիշը ճշտել Է, որ ամեն դեպքում փախստականների տեղավորումից հրաժարվելու գինը կարող Է կազմել «հարյուր հազարավոր եվրո»:
Հրատարակությունը ենթադրում Է, որ արեւելաեվրոպական այնպիսի երկրներ, ինչպիսք են Լեհաստանը եւ Հունգարիան, ուրախությամբ կընդունեն փախստականների պարտադիր տեղավորման այլընտրանքը: Սակայն եթե Եվրահանձնաժողովի պլանները չփոխվեն, Լեհաստանին, օրինակ, հարկ կլինի ավելի քան 1 մլրդ եվրո վճարել, որպեսզի իր տարածքում չտեղավորի բաժնաչափով նախատեսված 4,5 հազար փախստականների, որոնք ժամանել են Իտալիա եւ Հունաստան, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը:
