Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մասնագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում հայկական լրատվադաշտի աշխատանքը գնահատում է լավ ու համակարգված: Սակայն դրանից հետո, ըստ նրա, մի քանի բացեր ու սխալներ առավել ակնհայտ դարձան: «Չորս օրվա ընթացքում բոլորը շատ լավ աշխատեցին, ավելորդ բան չէր գրվում: Մարդիկ էլ, ովքեր թուլություն ունեն ամեն ինչ սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածելու, իրենց զուսպ պահեցին: Բայց մի քանի սխալ, այուամենայնիվ, ի հայտ եկավ: Առաջինը, որը մեր տեղեկատվական դաշտում ահռելի մեծ քանակի կայքեր կան, որոնք ոչ թե լրատվամիջոց են, այլ հարթակներ, որոնք գովազդների վրա աշխատելու խնդիր ունեն: «Միջին հայը» չի տարբերում դա, բայց շատ կարևոր է, որ մարդիկ սկսեն տարբերել լրատվամիջոցը որոշակի հարթակից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը: Անդրադառնալով «Շտապ տարածել, քանի չեն ջնջել» վերնագրով նյութերին` Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը նկատեց, ոչ իրեն հարգող ոչ մի լրագրող նմանատիպ բան չի գրի, հետևաբար, մարդիկ պետք է քննադատաբար մոտենան նման բովանդակությանը, չկարդան ու չտարածեն:

Հաջորդ խնդիրը, որի մասին բարձրաձայնեց փորձագետը, որոշակի փուլում Զինված ուժերի կողմից մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն հաղորդելու սահմափակումն է, ինչը, սակայն, համատեղելի չէ մարդկանց հոգեբանական վիճակի հետ, քանի որ վերջիններս շարունակում են հետաքրքրված մնալ սահմանային իրավիճակով: «Եթե բանակը ցանկանում է, որ ավելորդ բաներ չխոսվի, պետք է ինքն անընդհատ խոսի: Տեղեկատվական վակուում է առաջանում, ու մարդիկ ուզում են դա ինչ-որ կերպ լրացնել, սկսում են տարատեսակ ինֆորմացիայի հավատալ»,-ընդգծեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:

Մասնագետը խնդրահարույց է համարում արտասահմանյան մամուլի հետ Հայաստանի աշխատանքը` նշելով, որ  այն իմպուլսիվ է, ոչ հետևողական: «Մեզ մոտ դրսի լրագրողների հետ անընդհատ աշխատելու դրվածք չկա: Հիմա Ադրբեջանում լրիվ ուրիշ մարտավարություն են ընտրել, փորձում են զոհի դերում հանդես գալ, դրսից լրատվամիջոցներ են բերում ու տանում իրենց սահմանային գյուղերը, ցույց են տալիս, որ կան ավերածություններ և այլն»,-ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է պատերազմական ու լարված իրավիճակներում ճիշտ աշխատանքի սկզբունքներին, ապա Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանի դիտարկմամբ` կարևոր է, որպեսզի լրագրողական համայնքն ու զինվորակնները միասին նստեն ու լուծում գտնեն: «Երբ պատերազմական իրավիճակում ես, այդ թեմայով սկսում են զբաղվել մեծ թվով լրագրողներ, այստեղից հարց է առաջանում` լրագրողը ինչը հրապարակի, ինչը ոչ: Չկա մի տեղ, որ մտնեք, կարդաք ու իմանաք ինչպես լուսաբանել, ինչը չլուսաբանել: Այս առումով կա հրատապ խնդիր, որ լրագրողները ուղեցույց ունենան»,-նշեց Մարտիրոսյանը`  հավելելով, որ այս գործում անհրաժեշտ է`լրագրողական համայնքն իր իրավունքները պաշտպանի, քանի որ միայն բանակը չպետք է որոշի ինչը հրապարակել, ինչը` ոչ:
