Հայաստանն ու Բրազիլիան հարաբերությունները զարգացնում են մի քանի ուղղություններով

Հայաստանն ու Բրազիլիան հետևողականորեն զարգացնում են իրենց հարաբերությունները տարբեր ուղղություններով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Հայաստանում Բրազիլիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Էդսոն Մարինյո Դուարտե Մոնտեյրոն:
«Հայաստանում Բրազիլիան դեսպանություն ունեցավ 2007 թվականին, կարծում եմ, որ այդքան էլ երկար ժամանակ չի անցել: Բրազիլիան ու Հայաստանն ամեն երկրում դեսպանություն չունեն: Եթե երկու պետությունները փոխադարձաբար միմյանց երկրներում ունեն դեսպանություններ, ապա դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ լավ հարաբերություններ ունեն: Երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների սերտացման հիմնական պատճառներից է Բրազիլիայում գոյություն ունեցող հայկական համայնքը: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով Բրազիլիայում ապրում է 45 հազար հայ, որից 25 հազարը` Սան Պաուլոյում է»,-ասաց դեսպանը:
Էդսոն Մարինյո Դուարտե Մոնտեյրոյի խոսքով, երու երկրները զարգացնում են համագործակցությունը տարբեր մակարդակներում: Որպես օրինակ, նա ներկայացրեց այն, որ Ռիոն և Երևանը, ինչպես նաև Գյումրին և Օզասկոն քույր քաղաքներ են: Դա նշանակում է, որ տեղական մակարդակով որոշակի համագործակցություն կա: Դեսպանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2002 թվականին կառավարական մակարդակով ստորագրվել է համաձայնագիր` ուղղված մշակութային ոլորտում համագործակցությանը:
«Այստեղ ևս ակտիվ համագործակցություն է նկատվում: Բրազիլական երաժշտությունը, կերպարվեստը, ֆիլմերը ներկայացվում են Հայաստանում, հայկական երաժշտությունը, ֆիլմերը, հայ նկարիչների ստեղծագործությունները` Բրազիլիայում: Մենք նպատակ ունենք կրթական ոլորտում ևս զարգացնել համագործակցությունը: Առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է համաձայնագրի ստորագրում, ըստ որի, Հայաստանում կկազմակերպվի պորտուգալերենի դասավանդում, այս հարցում սպասեք լավ լուրերի»,-ասաց դեսպանը: Նա նշեց, որ վերջին երկու տարիներին Հայաստանից 8 հայ պրոֆեսոր մեկնել է Բրազիլիա և դասախոսություններ է կարդում ֆիզիկայի, քիմիայի, մաթեմատիկայի ուղղություններով:
Անդրադառնալով զբոսաշրջության հարցերին` դեսպանը նշեց, որ նախորդ տարվանից այլևս կարճաժամկետ վիզայի խնդիր գոյություն չունի: Ըստ նրա` չկա տեղեկատվություն երկրների զբոսաշրջիկների վերաբերյալ, բայց նա ներկայացրեց մի քանի թիվ: Մասնավորապես, 2014 թվականին Ֆուտբոլի աշխարհի առաջնության ժամանակ Հայաստանից Բրազիլիա գնացողների թիվը չէր գերազանցում 50-60-ը: 2015 թվականին Բրազիլիայից Հայաստան եկած զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը 740 էր: Նման ցածր ցուցանիշը դեսպանը բացատրում է տուրիստական փաթեթների թանկ գնով:
«Հայաստանում և Բրազիլիայում բնակիչներն ասում են, որ տուրիստական փաթեթները թանկ են: Այս, իրոք թանկ են: Բայց ես առաջարկ եմ ներկայացրել հայաստանյան տուրիստական ընկերություններին, այն է` շրջանառության մեջ դնել տարածաշրջանային զբոսաշրջային փաթեթներ, որով երբ Բրազիլիայից զբոսաշրջիկը կգա տարածաշրջան, կլինի մի քանի երկրում, այդ թվում Հայաստանում»,-հավելեց դեսպանը:
