Տարեկետման իրավունքի վերացման նախաձեռնությունը զուրկ է տրամաբանությունից

Գարիկ Քեռյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Եվ այսպես փոխանակ ձեռնամուխ լինելու երկրի պաշտպանական բյուջեն կոռուպցիայից պաշտպանելու և բանակի վիճակը բարելավելու գործին մի քանի խելամիտներ առաջարկում են վերացնել տարեկետման իրավունքը: Հիմնավորում են այն կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերով:
Այս նախաձեռնությունը իսկապես զուրկ է տրամաբանությունից, փոխանակ պայմաններ ստեղծեն, որ արժանավոր ու պետքական մարդիկ կարողանան օգտվել տարեկետման իրավունքից, առաջարկում են վերացնել այդ իրավունքը:
Հիմա անկեղծ լինենք, որտեղ է ավելի մեծ չափերի կոռուպցիան, հարկային ու մաքսային մարմիններում, դատարան-դատախազություններում, բյուջեն վատնող պետական կառույցներում, թե տարեկետման իրավունքն իրականացնող մեխանիզմներում: Եթե կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը վերացնելու համար առաջարկում եք վերացնել տարեկետման իրավունքը, նույն տրամաբանությամբ էլ առաջարկում ենք վերացնել հարկային ու մաքսային մարմինները, դատարանները, դատախազությունը, ՊՆ մատակարարման մարմինները, վերահսկիչ կառույցները և այլն ու այսպես շարունակ: Հա մոռացա կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմներ կան նաև առողջապահության ու կրթության հաստատություններում, լավ կլինի փակել բոլոր դպրոցները, հիվանդանոցները, բուհերը: Հոյակապ քայլ կլինի, կոռուպցիայի հերը կանիծենք:
