Երիկամներում ավազ կա յուրաքանչյուր 3-րդ երեխայի մոտ, իսկ ահա մեծահասակներից յուրաքանչյուրի մոտ: Որքան ավելի շուտ դուք սկսեք ազատվել այդ խնդրից, այնքան ավելի անցավ կկատարվի այդ գործընթացը: Խոսքը վերաբերվում է ոչ թե խոշոր քարերին, որոնք սովորաբար հեռացնում են վիրահատության միջոցով, այլ փոքր քարերին: Այս ժողովրդական մեթոդը կարող է քայքայել ոչ մեծ քարերն ու դուրս բերել ավազը երիկամներից:
Ժամանակին ուշադրություն դարձրեք օրգանիզմի կողմից տրվող ազդանշաններին: Գոյություն ունեն միզաքարային հիվանդության մի շարք ախտանշաններ, որոնցից մի քանիսը ներկայացնում ենք ձեզ.
• Ուժեղ տեղային ցավեր գոտկատեղի, կողոսկրային ստորին շրջանում և որովայնի ստորին հատվածում,
• Ինտենսիվ ծակծկոցներ կողոսկրի տակ՝ աջ կողմից,

Ինչ է հարկավոր անել
Ամեն օր առավոտյան ու քնելուց առաջ ընդունեք 1 ճ/գ այդ խառնուրդից: Այն հարկավոր է պատրաստել ամեն օր երեկոյան ու պահել սառնարանում: Այս բաղադրատոմսը շատ օգտակար է ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամների համար, քանի որ այն անվնաս է:
Պատրաստման համար հարկավոր է՝
• 10 գրամ կիտրոնի կեղև
• 10 գրամ շաքարի փոշի
• 10 գրամ մաղադանոսի արմատներ
• 10 գրամ մեղր
• 10 գրամ ձիթայուղ
Կիտրոնի կեղևը հարկավոր է մանրակրկիտ մշակել կերակրի սոդայով(որից հետո լվալ ջրով): Այնուհետև այն հարկավոր է մաղադանոսի արմատների հետ միասին մանրացնել բլենդերով և նրան խառնել մնացած բաղադրիչները:
