ՀԾԿՀ-ն պատրաստվում Է ԷլԷներգիայի սակագինը նվազեցնել մոտ երեք դրամով.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ առաջիկայում ՀՀ հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը պատրաստվում Է ԷլԷներգիայի սակագինը նվազեցնել մոտ երեք դրամով և սահմանել այն 45.5 դրամ մեկ կիլովատ ժամի դիմաց։
Դեռ նախօրեին ՀԾԿՀ-ն հայտարարել էր, թե սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ սկսում է ԷլԷներգիայի սակագնի վերանայման գործընթաց և դա պայմանավորել էր հիմնականում նրանով, որ ՀԷԿ-երին մատակարարվող ռուսական գազի գինը նվազել է։ Ըստ կոպիտ հաշվարկների, միայն գազի գնի նվազման հետևանքով ԷլԷներգիայի սակագինը կնվազի 1-1.5 դրամով։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է որ հանձնաժողովը նոր սակագինը որոշելիս հաշվի է առնելու նաև այլ գործոններ, օրինակ էներգահամակարգում կուտակված պարտքերի՝ նախատեսվածից ավելի արագ մարումը։ Սակայն եթե հաշվի առնենք բոլոր գործոնները, որոնք ազդում են սակագնի վրա. այն պետք է նվազի ոչ թե 3, այլ մոտ 9 դրամով և կազմի 40 դրամ մեկ կիլովատ ժամի դիմաց: Բացառված չէ, ՀԽԿՀ-ն այս անգամ 3 դրամով նվազեցնելուց հետո օգոստոսին կրկին վերանայի սակագինը և ավելի նվազեցնի։ Սակայն գործնականում դա քիչ հավանական է: Այսինքն, առավելագույն արդյունքը, որ կարող ենք ակնկալել ՀԾԿՀ-ից, էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի ընդամենը 3 դրամով նվազեցումն է»,–գրում է թերթը։
