«Չորրորդ իշխանություն» թերթը գրում է. «Եթե ինչ-որ զինատեսակ Youtube-ում ավելի շատ «լայք» է հավաքել գովազդի հաշվին՝ չի նշանակում, որ ավելի լավն է», հայտարարել է պաշտպանության նախարար մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
«ՉԻ» - Փաստորեն ադրբեջանցիներն ապուշ են: Նրանք իրենց բանակի սպառազինության համար զինատեսակներ են ընտրում ըստ Youtube-յան «լայքերի»: Իսկ գովազդը շատ «մուխանաթ» բան է՝ եթե դրան հավատաս, աշխարհի լավագույն ըմպելիքը կոկա-կոլան է, իսկ «սնիկերս» ուտելով կարելի է դառնալ տերմինատոր եւ բռունցքով տանկեր ոչնչացնել:
Մնում է, որ հայկական կիբեր-բանակը կարողանա ճիշտ օգտվել ադրբեջանցիների ապուշությունից: Իսկ դա շատ հեշտ է: կարելի է մի քանի միլիոն դոլար ներդնել, գովազդային հզոր արշավ սկսել եւ ադրբեջանցիներին համոզել, որ ժամանակակից ամենահզոր զենքը լազերային նշանառությամբ պարսատիկն է (հատը՝ ընդամենը կես մլն դոլար, իսկ եթե առաջիկա 15 րոպեում պատվիրեն՝ երկրորդն անվճար): Եթե մի քանի միլիոն «լայք» ապահովենք՝ հաստատ իրենց բանակը հենց դրանով էլ կզինեն»:
