Ապրիլին չի, որ մենք պետք է հասկանայինք, թե պատերազմի մեջ ենք: Մենք պատերազմի մեջ ենք վերջին 25 տարին՝ մեր պետության ձևավորման օրվանից ի վեր: Ու օր չի եղել, որ այն դադարի: Սակայն մենք հաճախ «մոռացել» ենք դրա մասին, կամ չենք ցանկացել հիշել:
Օրինակ՝ չենք ցանկացել հիշել պատերազմի մասին, երբ մի շարք գերատեսչություններ շքեղության ամենաբարձր մակարդակի ներկայացուցչական ծախսեր են իրենց թույլ տվել, չենք ցանկացել հիշել պատերազմի մասին, երբ Երևան քաղաքի «Սայաթ-Նովա»-«Խանջյան» փողոցների հատվածը տարին 4 անգամ ասֆալտապատել ենք, չենք ցանկացել հիշել, երբ 45 000$ + ծառայողական մեքենաներ ենք գնել, կառավարչական բազմաթիվ շքեղ վերանորոգումներ ենք արել և այլն: Հավանաբար դուք ինձանից երկար ցուցակ կարող եք կազմել:
Հիմա եկանք հասանք մի կետի, որ պատերազմը «սկսեց»: Ու ինչ պարզվեց: Պարզվեց, որ մեր սահման պահող զինվորը գիշերային հեռադիտակ չունի(կամ դրանք շատ քիչ են): Պարզվեց, որ քնապարկի ու էդ կարգի հազար բաների կարիք ունի: Պարզվեց, որ ամբողջ ազգով պետք է գումար հավաքենք, որ այդ ամենը լրացնենք: Մենք միահամուռ ուժերով կհավաքնեք իհարկե ու չենք տրտնջա գեթ մի վայրկյան, սակայն հարցը ուրիշ բանում է. մենք ներկայցուցչական ծասերի գումար ունենք, իսկ զիվորի հեռադիտակի գումար չունե՞նք.... Կյանքը ցույց տվեց, որ դա փաստորեն հենց այդպես է:
Այսօր մեր զինվորն ու սպան իրենց դրսևորեցին լավագույնս՝ իրենց կյանքի գնով փակելով չինովնիկի յուրացման հետևանքների սպառնալի ազդեցությունը երկրի պաշտպանության վրա... Իսկ վաղը ի՞նչ ենք անելու. չէ՞ որ պատերազմը ոչ միայն դեռ չի ավարտվել, այլ այս պահին շարունակվում է....էլի նույն կե՞րպ ենք վերավելու...
Փաստ է, որ ապրիլյան դեպքերի արդյունքում զոհվածների արյունը նստած է յուրացումներ իրականացրած չինովնիկի վրա: Հիմա սրա համար ոնք ենք պատասխան տալու...
Հ.Գ. ու պետք չի մոռանալ, որ սա փոքր երկիր է, և բոլորը բոլորին շատ լավ ճանաչում են...
