Մեգան Ֆոքսի վիրահատություններն ամենաարտահայտիչն են: Ձախ նկարում նա հասարակ աղջիկ է՝ պեպեններով և փոքր ինչ լայն քթով, աջ նկարում գեղեցկուհի՝ արտահայտված այտոսկրերով և ուղղված քթով: Այս փոփոխությունները կատարվել են պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների միջոցով, ինչը Մեգանը երբեք չի թաքցրել:
Պամելա Անդերսոն
Ով ճանաչում է նրան, ապա հաստատ գիտի նրա վիրահատության մասին: Դերասանուհին կրծքերի վիրահատությունը երբեք չի թաքցրել: Նա մեծացրել է կուրծքը 2 չափով՝ 3-ից հասցնելով 5-ի:

Ավստրալացի ռեփերը հայտնի է դարձել վերջին 2-3 տարվա ընթացքում և դասվել է Թոփ արտիստների շարքին 2014 թվականին: Նա բոլորի ուշադրությունը գրավում էր իր բավականին գեղեցիկ կառուցվածքով: Ամիսներ առաջ նա վիրահատել է կուրծքը, իսկ օրեր առաջ կայացած BillBoard Music Awards մրցանակաբաշխության ժամանակ բոլորի ուշադրությունը գրավեց նրա «նոր դեմքը»(նկարում՝ձախ կողմում): Նա վիրահատել է քիթն ու ծնոտը: Իսկ ինչը վերաբերում է նրա մարմնի «հինգերորդ կետին»՝ այն բնական է:
