Մեգան Ֆոքսի վիրահատություններն ամենաարտահայտիչն են: Ձախ նկարում նա հասարակ աղջիկ է՝ պեպեններով և փոքր ինչ լայն քթով, աջ նկարում գեղեցկուհի՝ արտահայտված այտոսկրերով և ուղղված քթով: Այս փոփոխությունները կատարվել են պլաստիկ վիրահատությունների միջոցով, ինչը Մեգանը երբեք չի թաքցրել:

Ով ճանաչում է նրան, ապա հաստատ գիտի նրա վիրահատության մասին: Դերասանուհին կրծքերի վիրահատությունը երբեք չի թաքցրել: Նա մեծացրել է կուրծքը 2 չափով՝ 3-ից հասցնելով 5-ի:
