Almost there: However, even after losing 200lbs, Rosie found it hard to look in the mirror with her clothes off because of her excess skin, which also gave her painful rashes

Going under the knife: Rosie eventually had her 20lbs of excess skin removed in a tummy tuck, which she described as 'the most painful journey of my entire life'

Looking svelte: In total, Rosie lost 240lbs - 100 through diet and exercise and 140 following her surgeries - going from a size 36 to a size 12/14

Rising star: Rosie has starred in campaigns for plus-size fashion companies including igigi.com and Ibbi World
