«Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Ռուսաստանն ամբողջովին հույսը կտրել է Ալիևից՝ Ադրբեջանի ԵԱՏՄ մտնելու մասով, և հիմա, երբ արդեն խաղի մեջ են մտել այլ խաղացողներ, այդ թվում և՝ արևմտյան, ոչ միայն նկատողություն է անում Ռոգոզինին, ճիշտ է՝ ոչ Ադրբեջանին «անհարմար պահին» զենք մատակարարելու հայտարարության համար, այլ Ռոսկոսմոսի հետ կապված, և, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Ռուսաստանն այս օրերին ինչ-որ ձևով փորձում է վերականգնել հայկական կողմի վստահությունը։ Վերջին օրերին մեր բանակն սկսել է բավականին լավ զինվել, «այլընտրանքային ուղենշումներով», ինչը, սակայն, հրապարակման ենթակա չէ։ «Բոլոր դեպքերում, Հայաստանն այս պահին առավել քան պատրաստ է ադրբեջանական կուտակումներին համարժեք հարված տալ, այո, պատմությունը կրկնվելու բնավորություն ունի. 90-ականների սկզբին, երբ արցախյան պատերազմը նոր-նոր էր սկսվում, Ռուսաստանի, նրա ՕՄՕՆ-ի համակրանքը, մանավանդ Գետաշենի և Մարտունաշենի մարտերի ժամանակ, ամբողջապես Ադրբեջանի կողմն էր։ Հետո Ռուսաստանը հասկացավ, որ Ղարաբաղը, Հայաստանն իր միակ ոտնատեղն են Էս տարածաշրջանում, գլխիվայր փոխվեց։ Հիմա՝ քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո, երբ տեսավ, որ Ալիևի վրա հույս դնելն ալիևություն Է, կրկին ձեռագիր Է փոխում»,– ասաց լավատեղյակ անձը։ Ի դեպ, նույն աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ռուսական բարձր իշխանությունը զգուշացրել Է Ադրբեջանի իշխանությանը՝ չփորձել լայնամասշտաբ գործողություններ սկսել, այլապես «կպարտվի ռազմադաշտում, ապաև՝ ներքին խժդժությունների արդյունքում Ալիևը պաշտոնանկ կարվի, ինչպես Էլչիբեյը»»,–գրում է թերթը։
