«Մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների վիճակագրության մեջ չափազանց հետաքրքիր միտումներ են նկատվում։ Գնալով կտրուկ աճում են Հայաստանից արտասահման փոխանցվող մասնավոր, ոչ առևտրայրն փոխանցումները՝ մեզ հայտնի մասնավոր տրանսֆերտները։
Օրինակ, այս տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում Հայաստանից արտասահման փոխանցվել է ավելի քան 88 միլիոն դոլար անցած տարվա 79 միլիոն դոլարի դիմաց։ Փաստորեն Հայաստանից արտասահման ուղարկվող մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ծավալը մեկ տարվա կտրվածքով աճել է ավելի քան 10 տոկոսով։
Եվ ուշագրավ է, որ այդ աճը ստացվել է դեպի Ռուսաստան փոխանցվող գումարների աճի հաշվին։ Եթե անցած տարվա առաջին երեք ամիսներին ՌԴ էր փոխանցվել 28,6 միլիոն դոլար, ապա այս տարվա երեք ամիսներին արդեն 42.2 միլիոն դոլար, կամ 50 տոկոսով ավելի։ Ըստ որոշ դիտարկումների, նման աճի հիմնական պատճառն այն է. որ նախկինում արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնած մեր հայրենակիցները արդեն հասցրել են տանել նաև իրենց ընտանիքները և հիմա Հայաստանում մնացած իրենց գույքը վաճառում են և գումարը կամաց-կամաց փոխանցում Ռուսաստան։ Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ ուղարկվող տրանսֆերտների զուտ ներհոսքին, ապա այն շարունակում է նվազել։ ԿԲ-ի հրապարակած տվյալներով, այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում զուտ ներհոսքը կազմել է 45.3 միլիոն դոլար, ինչը 10 տոկոսով պակաս է անցած տարվա ցուցանիշից»,–գրում է թերթը։
