Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի խմբագրականից մի հատված.

«Պատերազմը ճանապարհ է բացում ոչ միայն այն արժանի քաղաքացիների համար, որոնք այս պահին պատրաստ են անել ամեն ինչ՝ սկսած խրամատ փորելուց ՝ թշնաման դիմադրելու համար, այլև բազմաթիվ ինքնուս «քաղաքագետների», «ռազմագետների» և «դիվանագետների»։ Դժվար թե որևէ մեկս ցանկություն ունենանք դատողություններ անելու, ենթադրենք, քվանտային Ֆիզիկայի մասին, բայց թե՝ ո՛ր ուղղությամբ պետք է գնան մեր ստորաբաժանողները, ո՞ր զինատեսակը պետք է օգտագործեն և ինչպես է պետք «Բաքվում թեյ խմել» ՝ դրա մասին ամեն մեկս ունի իր հստակ պատկերացումը։ Բայց չէ՞ որ ռազմական  գործը նույնպես գիտություն է։

Այստեղից-այնտեղից, կայքերից, Ֆեյսբուքից և «հետճաշային» խոսակցություններից տեղեկատվություն քաղելով՝ հնարավոր է, իհարկե, սեփական անձնական պատկերացումը կազմել իրավիճակի մասին։ Սակայն պարտադիր չէ այդ պատկերացումները «ձևակերպել» ասուլիսների և հարցազրույցների տեսքով։ Դա, իհարկե, նկատվում է ոչ միայն ապրիլ|ան իրադարձություններից հետո՝ 25 տարի մոտավորապես նույն վիճակն է։ Բայց 20 կամ 10 տարի առաջ չկար Ֆեյսբուք, չկային այս քանակությամբ կայքեր, ինչպես նաև մամուլի ակումբներ, որոնք ամեն օր կարիք ունեն «սփիքերների», իսկ մեր ոչ մեծ հանրապետությունում դժվար է ամեն օր գտնել այս կամ այն ոլորտի ոչ միայն մասնագետների, այլև քիչ թե շատ տեղեկացված մարդկանց։ Դրա համար էլ նույն մարդը կարող է խոսել թե Դարաբաղյան հիմնահարցի, թե փոքր ՀԷԿ-երի, թե արագաչափերի և թե սեռաբջիջների մասին։ Ոչ ոբ, նույնիսկ Վերաեննդի տիտանները, ի վիճակի չեն այդ բոլոր ոլորտներից միաժամանակ ունենալ հանրության ուշադրությանն արժանի մտքեր կամ դատողություններ։ Այդ առիթով փոքրիկ խորհուրդ տամ երիտասարդ գործընկերներիս՝ եթե մարդը գալիս է ասուլիսի, ասենք, «Ոսկե ծիրան» փառատոնի թեմայով, նրան էլեկտրաէներգիայի  սակագնի մասին  մի՛ հարցրեք»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
