Ըստ Ամերիկյան մաշկաբանության ակադեմիայի, տարիքային բծերի առաջացման հիմնական պատճառը արևի ճառագայթների երկարատև ազդեցությունն է։ Տարիքային սև բծերն ու կետերն առաջանում են բոլոր տեսակի մաշկ ունեցող մարդկանց մոտ, քանի որ 40 տարեկանից հետո մաշկն այլևս չի կարողանում արագորեն վերականգնվել։
Կան բազմաթիվ կրեմներ, որոնք պարունակում են քիմիական տարրեր և կարող են անգամ վնասակար լինել առողջության համար։ Բարեբախտաբար, կան բնական միջոցներ, որոնք կարող են օգնել նվազեցնել կամ կանխել տարիքային բծերը, կնճիռները։

Պատրաստման եղանակը
Խառնել 2 բաղադրիչները, որպեսզի ստացվի համասեռ խառնուրդ։ Դիմակը քսել մաքուր մաշկին։ Պահել այն 20 րոպե և լվացվել։
Վարսակը բացում է մաշկի ծակոտիները և ներծծում ողջ կեղտը։ Դիմակից հետո մաշկը կլինի առավել մաքուր։ Կիտրոնի հյութը գունաբացում է մաշկը, հեռացնում է տարիքային կետերը և ավելցուկային յուղը։ Այն նաև ամրացնում է մաշկի ծակոտիները և կանխում կեղտի ներթափանցումը։
