Ի՞նչ ժառանգություն է ստացել Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի որդին

Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի բուժման համար հավաքված ու նրա մահվանից հետո անհետացած միլիոնների շուրջ սկանդալը շարունակում է բորբոքվել: Անցած շաբաթ մամուլում հայտնվեց տեղեկություն, ըստ որի Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի մայրը կարող է պայմանական ժամկետ ստանալ դստեր գումարները գողանալու համար: Երգչուհուն մայրը հերքում է այդ մեղադրանքը, իսկ ռուս լրագրողները հաշվարկել են, որ Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի որդին ՝ Պլատոնը, բազմամիլիոն ժառանգություն է ստացել:
Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի ծնողները արդեն պաշտոնապես ստանձնել են ժառանգության իրավունքները: Բնականաբար անմասն չի մնացել նաեւ երգչուհու երեք տարեկան որդին: Նրա խնամակալը Դմիտրի Շեպելեւն է, սակայն Ֆրիսկեների ընտանիքի դատապաշտպանի խոսքով, նա իրավունք չունի տնօրինել որդու ժառանգությունը:
«Միայն խնամակալների խորհրդի թույլտվությամբ, եթե Շեպելեւը մնա խնամակալ: Բայց քանի դեռ դատական գործերը շարունակվում են, ոչ ոք Պլատոնի գումարները չի կարող տնօրինել: Դմիտրի Շեպելրը Ժաննայի ամուսինը չի եղել: Դրա համար էլ նա չի կարող հավակնել ժառանգության: Բայց նա իրեն անվանում է Պլատոնի հայրը, որպեսզի տնօրինի նրա գումարները: Իսկ մենք դատարանում վիճարկում ենք նրա հայրությունը»,- հայտնել է դատապաշտպանը:
Իրավաբանը պատմել է, թե հատկապես ինչ է մտնում ժառանգության մեջ:
«Ժաննայի բնակարանը Մոսկվայի կենտրոնում երեք մասի է բաժանված եւ պատկանում է նրա մորը, հորը ու Պլատոնին: Կա նաեւ տուն Մերձմոսկվայում: Դրա կեսը պատկանում էր Ժաննային, իսկ հիմա՝ Պլատոնին: Դմիտրիին կարող է պատկանալ այդ տան կեսը, բայց դա այն դեպքում, եթե նա վճարի իր պարտքը, չէ՞ որ այդ առանձնատան համար ամբողջ գումարը Ֆրիսկեն է վճարել: Դմիտրիից պարտքն ուզում են Ժաննայի ծնողները որպես նրա ժառանգորդներ»,- պատմել է դատապաշտպանը:
Լրագրողները պարզել են, որ երգչուհու Մերձմոսկվայի առանձնատունը՝ 400մ2 մակերեսով, որը գտնվում է Իստրինյան թաղամասում, գնահատվում է շուրջ 26-31 մլն ռուբլի: Այսինքն Պլատոնի բաժինը կազմում է 13-15.5 մլն ռուբլի: Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի մոսկովյան բնակարանը, որը բարձրահարկ շենքի 12-րդ հարկում է եւ 100 մ2 ընդհանուր մակերես ունի, ըստ փորձագետների, շուրջ 30-36 մլն ռուբլի է գնահատվում: Այսինքն՝ վաճառքի դեպքում տղային բաժին կհասնի եւս 10-12 մլն: Այսինքն հենց միայն անշարժ գույքի հաշվին Պլատոնի ժառանգությունը կազմում է 23- 27.5 մլն ռուբլի, հայտնում է «Комсомольская правда» կայքը:
