«ԴՎԻՆ»-ը վերակառուցող ընկերությունն այս տարի 20 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում կանի

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «ԴՎԻՆ» հյուրանոցային համալիրի վերակառուցման ներդրումային ծրագրին:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ՀՀ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը նշեց, որ «Սի Սի Ջի Կովկասյան կոմունիկացիոն խումբ» ընկերության ներկայացրած ծրագրով նախատեսվում է «Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրի վերակառուցման աշխատանքներն ավարտել մինչև 2019 թվականը՝ կատարելով անհրաժեշտ չափի ներդրումներ` ըստ ներդրումային ծրագրի:
««Դվին» հյուրանոցային համալիրի վերակառուցումն իրականացվում է «լյուքս» դասի հինգաստղանի հյուրանոցների միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան: Բացի այդ, հյուրանոցային համալիրը ներառելու է նաև այլ կառույցներ, մասնավորապես առանձին «Բնակելի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիր» («Apartments Plaza»), որը կներկայացնի իրենից բարձրահարկ մասնաշենք, որտեղ գտնվելու են առնվազն 60 «լյուքս» դասի բնակարաններ: «Բնակելի բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիր»-ի («Apartments Plaza»-ի) վերևի հարկում նախատեսվում է ունենալ հարթակ ուղղաթիռի համար: Նախատեսվում է հյուրանոցային համալիրի ռեբրենդինգ և նրա վերանվանում՝ «Դավիթ Բեկ» հյուրանոցի»,- ասաց Սահակյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ պայմանագրով ստանձնած պարտավորությունների հետ կապված գնորդը կրում է պատասխանատվություն ՀՀ օրենքով սահմաված կարգով: Ընթացիկ տարվա ընթացքում ներդրումները կհասնեն 20 մլն դոլարի: Նախատեսվում է ևս 70 մլն դոլարի ներդրում հյուրանոցային համալիրում:
«Ես համաձայնեցի, որ այս հարցը քննարկենք, քանի որ ներդրում է՝ ցանկություն չունեմ խոչընդոտելու»,- իր հերթին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը՝ հանձնարարելով փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպումների հետ կապված ուշադրությամբ շարունակել աշխատանքներն առաջիկա օրերին:
