Ստեփանակերտում Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման հայաստանյան օրինագիծը համարում են բանակցությունները վերակենդանացնող գործոն

Ստեփանակերտում կարևորում են Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման մասին օրենքի նախագիծը խորհրդարան ուղարկելու որոշումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ԼՂՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանն ընդգծեց, որ սրանով սկիզբ է դրվում Հայատանի կողմից Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման գործընթացին, որն, իհարկե, կարող է տարիներ տևել:
«Սակայն սա շատ կարևոր քայլ է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և կայունության ամրապնդման, ինչպես նաև գրեթե փակուղում գտնվող բանակցային գործընթացի վերակենդանացման համար»,- ընդգծեց Բաբայանը:
Նա հավելեց նաև, որ սա նաև մեսիջ է Ադրբեջանին և արտաքին աշխարհին, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմի վերսկսման դեպքում Արցախի անկախության ճանաչումը Հայաստանի կողմից պարզապես այլընտրանք չի ունենալու:
ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի և Հրանտ Բագրատյանի՝ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանկարգով ներկայացրած «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ կառավարության եզրակացության նախագծին: ՀՀարտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը մասնավորապես նշել է. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը ներկայացված օրենքինախագծի ընդունումը պայմանավորո
Օրենքի նախագիծն ուղարկվել է Ազգային ժողով, որտեղ քննարկելիս, հարակից զեկուցմամբ հանդես կգա ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ ՇավարշՔոչարյանը:
