Փոստանջյանը բացահայտել է Արցախի անկախության ճանաչման օրինագիծը ներկայացնելու դրդապատճառը

«Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» օրենքի նախագծի համահեղինակ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը կարծում է, որ նախագծի վերաբերյալ ժամանակի ընթացքում խորհրդարանն իր վերաբերմունքը ցույց կտա: Կառավարությունում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Փոստանջյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչմամբ աշխարհում կդառնանք քաղաքական գործոն: Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչումը միանշանակ կանխարգելելու է նոր խնդիրները:
«Տեղի ունեեցավ ագրեսիա, ագրեսիան համապատասխան ձևով չդատապարտվեց, և մենք պարտավոր ենք ճանաչել Արցախի Հանրապետությունը,այլընտրանք չունենք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը:
Հարցին՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչմամբ նոր ագրեսիա չի՞ հրահրվի, ԱԺ պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ ագրեսիան դրանով պայմանավորված չէ: «Ապրիլյան իրադարձությունները մեզ ապացույց են, որ ագրեսիան այդ պետության կողմից բացարձակ օրակարգից դուրս չէ, այլ հակառակը, նրա օրակարգի բաղկացուցիչ մասն է: Բացի այն, որ նրանք ագրեսիա բանեցնող են, նրանք մարդկության դեմ կատարեցին հանցագործություններ: Ինչպես 100 տարի առաջ, ինչպես 25 տարի առաջ այդ հանցագործությունը չի դատապարտվել, դրա հետևանքն էին նաև այս ապրիլյան պատերազմական գործողությունները: Մենք հույսնե րս պետք է դնենք մեզ վրա»,- նկատեց նա:
Դիտարկմանը` արդյոք Արցախի անկախությունը ճանաչելը բանակցությունների ավարտ չէ, Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը պատասխանեց. «Եթե ագրեսիա է կիրառվում, եթե մարդկության դեմ տեղի են ունենում հանցագործություններ, ապա խոսել բանակցություններից, ուղղակի ծաղր է ողջ մարդկության նկատմամբ: Բանակցություններ կարող են լինել, մեկը մյուսին չի խանգարում»:
ՀՀ կառավարությունը մայիսի 5-ին հավանություն է տվել Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի և Հրանտ Բագրատյանի՝ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության կարգով ներկայացրած «Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ճանաչելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ կառավարության եզրակացության նախագծին:
