Դավութօղլուն հեռացավ իշխող կուսակցության ղեկավարի և վարչապետի պաշտոնից

Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ հեռանում է իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության (ԱԶԿ) ղեկավարի պաշտոնից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով թուրքական «Միլլիեթ» պարբերականը, այս մասին Դավութօղլուն հայտարարել է ԱԶԿ-ի կենտրոնական վարչական խորհրդի նիստի ավարտին հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
Դավութօղլուն հայտարարել է նաև, որ մայիսի 22-ին կայանալիք կուսակցության արտահերթ համագումարում չի ներկայացնելու իր թեկնածությունը և իր հետագա գործունեությունը շարունակելու է միայն որպես Քոնյայից ընտրված պատգամավոր:
Կուսակցության ղեկավարությունից հեռանալով` Դավութօղլուն հեռանում է նաև երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնից, քանի որ Թուրքիայում հենց իշխող կուսակցության ղեկավարն է զբաղեցնում երկրի վարչապետի պաշտոնը:
Դավութօղլուի հայտարարության ժամանակ ներկա որոշ ԱԶԿ-ականներ չեն կարողացել զսպել արցունքները:
Թուրքիայի գործող սահմանադրությամբ երկրի ղեկավարը հանդիսանում է վարչապետը, իսկ նախագահի պաշտոնը գլխավորապես արարողակարգային գործառույթներկատարողի իմաստ է կրում: Էրդողանի և Դավութօղլուի միջև հակասությունները սկսվել են Էրդողանի Թուրքիայի նախագահ դառնալուց հետո, երբ վերջինս ոչ մի կերպչի ցանկանում հետևել երկրի սահմանադրական պահանջին և ցանկանում է շարունակել միայնակ կառավարել Թուրքիան` այդպիսով խլելով Դավութօղլուիլիազորությունները:
Էրդողան-Դավութօղլու ճգնաժամը գագաթնակետին է հասել Եվրամիությանը Թուրքիայի անդամակցության, Մերձավոր Արևելքի հետ կապված խնդիրներում, սիրիացիփախստականների հետ կապված ԵՄ հետ պայմանավորվածություններում անհամաձայնությունների պատճառով: Բացի այդ, Էրդողանի կամայական որոշումովկառավարության անդամներին նշանա կելու սահմանադրական լիազորությունը վարչապետից խլվել և փոխանցվել է ԱԶԿ-ի վարչական խորհրդին, ինչը նշանակում է,որ Էրդողանը նրանից խլել է այդ լիազորությունը ևս:
Ստացվում է, որ Դավութօղլուն Թուրքիայի վարչապետի պաշտոնում մնաց 21 ամիս:
