Ապրիլյան իրադարձություններով պայմանավորված հանրության շրջանում որոշակի էմոցիոնալ ֆոն էր ձևավորվել:

Պատահական չէ, որ օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ գործոններով պայմանավորված նույնիսկ հակառուսական դրսևորումներ նկատվեցին. նույնիսկ կոչեր էին հնչում դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, ԵԱՏՄ-ից, դուրս բերել Հայաստանում տեղակայված ռուսական ռազմակայանը և այլն: Այս դրսևորումները լայն ընդվզում չառաջացրեցին, սակայն անհանգստությունն ակնհայտ էր:

Մեր հասարակությունը զգայուն է հատկապես ռուսական կողմից Ադրբեջանին մատակարարվող սպառազինության հարցում՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանն ու Ռուսաստանը իրար հետ շաղկապված է ռազմավարական-դաշնակցային հարաբերություններով և հանրության սպասելիքները լրիվ այլ են:
Ադրբեջանում այս նրբությունները կարծես լավ հասկացել են ու պատահական չէ, որ վերջին օրերին ակտիվորեն խաղարկում են թեման:
Մասնավորապես հարցազրույցներ են անում միջազգային (նաև հայաստանցի) գործիչներ-փորձագետների հետ, փորձելով կորզել հակառուսական հայտարարություններ, ցույց տալ, որ Հայաստանում ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի ալիք է հասունանում:
Պատահական չէ նաև ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցներում ակտիվորեն շրջանառվող այն լուրերը, որ այդ երկրում անցկացվող զորավարժություններին նաև Ռուսաստանից ՆՈՐ ՍՏԱՑՎԱԾ ինքնագնաց հրետանային սարքեր են մասնակցում (գործարքը շատ ավելի վաղ էր իրականացվել):

Շարունակվում են տարբեր կոնտեքստներում շրջանառվել ռազմական համագործակցության ոլորտում Ադրբեջանի ու Ռուսաստանի «ամուր կապերի» ու ռազմական ոլորտում «խորացող» հարաբերություների թեման:

Հասկանալի է, որ այս Ադրբեջանը քարոզչական տարբեր գործիքների գործադրմամբ փորձում է ազդել հայ հանրության վրա՝ հակառուսական տրամադրություններ հրահրելու, դրանով իսկ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վրա ազդելու համար:

Իհարկե այս պրիմիտիվ քայլերը չեն կարող էֆեկտիվ ազդեցություն ունենալ հայ հանրության վրա, սակայն պետք է արձանագրել, որ ամեն դեպքում Ադրբեջանը քարոզչական տեսանկյունից նորանոր սցենարներ է խաղարկում:
