ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի տան վրա ուսումնական նռնակ նետած Հովհաննես Մուրադյանը չի կալանավորվի: Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է գործով վերահսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի բողոքը: Այս մասին հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Հովհաննես Մուրադյանի փաստաբան Մարինե Ֆարմանյանը: «Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը մերժել էր Հովհաննես Մուրադյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը, որի վերաբերյալ գործով վերահսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազը վերաքննիչ բողոք էր ներկայացրել: Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է դատախազի բողոքը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Հովհաննես Մուրադյանը չի կալանավորվի»,- պարզաբանեց Ֆարմանյանը:

Նա հայտնեց, որ Հովհաննես Մուրադյանը «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժարանում ստացիոնար դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն է անցնում:

Քննչական կոմիտեն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Հովհաննես Մուրադյանը ապրիլի 15-ին՝ ժամը 18:25-ի սահմաններում,  իր հոր անվամբ հաշվառված ավտոմեքենայով մոտեցել է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Սեդրակի Քոչարյանի առանձնատան բակի գլխավոր մուտքին և ուսումնական նռնակ նետել առանձնատան պահակակետի ուղղությամբ՝ խաթարելով ծառայություն իրականացնող պետական պահպանության աշխատակիցների աշխատանքը։

Բացի այդ, ըստ աղբյուրի, Մուրադյանիի բնակարանում, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, ապրիլի 18-ին կատարված խուզարկությամբ նրա անձնական իրերի մեջ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է  զգալի չափերի «տետրահիդրոկաննաբինոլ» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ ապրիլի 20-ին Մուրադյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 268-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նույն օրը  քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:
