Սանիտարական նորմերի համաձայն՝ Մոնակոյում ամեն մարդու 125 քմ բնակտարածք է տրամադրվում: Բոլոր աղքատների համար բնակարանի հարցը հիանալի է լուծված:
Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Մոնակոյում ամենաէժան բնակտարածքի քմ-ի գինը սկսվում է 20 հազար դոլարից, ապա աղքատներին 2,5 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ բնակարաններ են տրամադրել:
