Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ Մոնակոյում ամենաէժան բնակտարածքի քմ-ի գինը սկսվում է 20 հազար դոլարից, ապա աղքատներին 2,5 միլիոն եվրո արժողությամբ բնակարաններ են տրամադրել:

Իսկ պրեմիում դասի բնակարանների քմ-ն 50-70 հազար եվրո արժե:
